Abgesehen davon haben sie auch einen k\u00f6stlichen Geschmack, der gut zu vielen Lebensmitteln passt. Er wird oft als nussig oder k\u00e4sig beschrieben, wobei verschiedene Marken im Geschmack auch etwas variieren.<\/p>\n<p>Hefeflocken sind in Form von Pulver, Flocken oder Granulat erh\u00e4ltlich und in den meisten Vollwert- oder Reformh\u00e4usern leicht zu finden. Die Hefe wird deaktiviert, was bedeutet, dass die Hefezellen w\u00e4hrend des Entstehungsprozesses abget\u00f6tet werden. Man kann auch einen normalen Mixer verwenden.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SCHRITT 5:<\/strong> P\u00fcrieren, bis die Suppe cremig und glatt ist.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SCHRITT 6:<\/strong> Hefeflocken und Cashewmus einr\u00fchren. Falls du eine keto-freundlichere Option kennst, die Kartoffeln \u00e4hnelt, kann diese stattdessen verwendet werden. F\u00fcr mich ist Cashewmus die beste Option, da der Geschmack eher neutral ist. Man kann jedoch auch Erdnussmus, Mandelmus usw. verwenden. Nehme Cashewn\u00fcsse, falls du zu Hause kein Nussmus hast. F\u00fcge einfach 60 g Cashews zur Suppe hinzu und koche sie zusammen mit den Karotten und Kartoffeln. Danach alles mit einem Handmixer p\u00fcrieren oder einen normalen Mixer verwenden. Eine andere M\u00f6glichkeit w\u00e4re, Kokoscreme zu verwenden!<\/li>\n<li><strong>Hefeflocken &#8211;<\/strong> Soweit ich wei\u00df, gibt es keinen guten Ersatz f\u00fcr Hefeflocken, da sie dem Gericht die typisch &#8222;k\u00e4sige Note&#8220; verleihen.
