Es hat einen sehr schwefelhaltigen, stechenden Geruch und einen Geschmack, der echten Eiern <strong>sehr \u00e4hnlich<\/strong> ist. Daher wird es h\u00e4ufig von Veganern in herzhaften Eierspeisen wie Eiersalat, Senfeiern, russischen Eiern oder <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/vegane-quiche-glutenfrei-eifrei-sojafrei\/\"><strong>Quiche<\/strong><\/a> verwendet.<\/p>\n<p>Es wird auch als &#8222;schwarzes Himalya-Salz&#8220; bezeichnet, zusammen mit einer Vielzahl anderer Namen. Verwende niemals Seidentofu (da zu weich), extra festen Tofu oder andere weichere Tofu-Varianten, da diese bei diesem Rezept nicht so gut funktionieren w\u00fcrden.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Beilagenvorschl\u00e4ge &#8211;<\/strong> Veganes R\u00fchrei kann genauso wie herk\u00f6mmliches R\u00fchrei behandelt werden, d.h. die Beilagen, die man normalerweise mit R\u00fchrei serviert, k\u00f6nnen auch mit diesem Scrambled Tofu serviert werden. Ich serviere das R\u00fchrtofu am liebsten mit Brot\/Toast, Bratkartoffeln usw.
