Als Endergebnis entstand ein super aromatisches veganes Curry. Indisches veganes Curry ist ein k\u00f6stliches Abendessen oder eine tolle Beilage, die mit Roti oder Naan serviert werden kann. #veganescurry #kartoffelcurry #indischescurry #elasrecipes | elavegan.de\" \/><\/h2>\n<h2>Was wird ben\u00f6tigt?<\/h2>\n<p>Ich habe das Rezept ziemlich einfach gehalten und alles, was man braucht, sind herk\u00f6mmliche Zutaten aus der Speisekammer\/dem K\u00fchlschrank und lediglich ein Topf, um dieses indische Curry zu kochen.<\/p>\n<p>Dies sind die Zutaten, die ich f\u00fcr mein veganes Curry verwendet habe:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Gr\u00fcne Bohnen<\/strong> &#8211; frisch oder gefroren (TK)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Kartoffeln<\/strong> &#8211; ich bevorzuge vorwiegend festkochende Kartoffeln<\/li>\n<li><strong>Zwiebel<\/strong> &#8211; rot oder wei\u00df<\/li>\n<li><strong>Knoblauch<\/strong> &#8211; verleiht einen fantastischen Geschmack und hat viele gesundheitliche Vorteile<\/li>\n<li><strong>Frischer Ingwer<\/strong> &#8211; ich empfehle frischen Ingwer zu verwenden, falls vorhanden (keinen getrockneten), da er viel mehr Geschmack hat.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche<\/strong> &#8211; oder Wasser mit einem Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche (Bouillon) W\u00fcrfel<\/li>\n<li><strong>Frische Kr\u00e4uter<\/strong> &#8211; Koriander oder Petersilie (wenn du Koriander nicht magst)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gew\u00fcrze<\/strong> &#8211; ich erw\u00e4hne sie alle unten im Rezept. Sie verleihen dem Curry einen wunderbaren Geschmack<\/li>\n<li><strong>Kokosmilch aus der Dose<\/strong> &#8211; du kannst stattdessen auch pflanzliche Sahne\/Creme verwenden (z.B. Wenn du jedoch eine cremige Gem\u00fcsesuppe bevorzugst, kannst du das Curry mit einem P\u00fcrierstab oder einem normalen Mixer auch p\u00fcrieren. Weiter unten siehst du ein paar <strong>Schritt-f\u00fcr-Schritt-Fotos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SCHRITT 1:<\/strong> Zuerst solltest du die Kartoffeln und die gr\u00fcnen Bohnen in mundgerechte St\u00fccke schneiden (nicht zu gro\u00df, sonst dauert das Kochen des Currys l\u00e4nger). Frischen Knoblauch und Ingwer fein hacken. \u00d6l in einem gro\u00dfen Topf (du kannst auch eine tiefe Pfanne verwenden) bei mittlerer Hitze erhitzen. F\u00fcge die Zwiebel hinzu und brate sie etwa 4 Minuten lang an.<\/p>\n<p>Als N\u00e4chstes, den frischen Ingwer, Knoblauch, alle Gew\u00fcrze, Kartoffeln und auch die gr\u00fcnen Bohnen hinzugeben. Mit einem Schneebesen umr\u00fchren, bis keine Klumpen mehr vorhanden sind, und die Mischung zum Curry geben. Linsen dicken das Gem\u00fcsecurry noch mehr an und enthalten zudem gesundes pflanzliches Protein. Kichererbsen sind auch eine wunderbare Erg\u00e4nzung!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Maisst\u00e4rke<\/strong>: Du kannst Pfeilwurzmehl oder Kartoffelst\u00e4rke verwenden, um das Curry zu verdicken. Normales Mehl sollte ebenfalls gut funktionieren. Eine andere M\u00f6glichkeit w\u00e4re, es komplett wegzulassen und einen Teil des Currys zu p\u00fcrieren, um es anzudicken.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zerkleinerte Tomaten<\/strong>: Ich gebe manchmal zus\u00e4tzlich noch ein kleines Glas zerkleinerte Tomaten zum Kartoffelcurry. Es verleiht dem Gericht eine interessante Note!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vorkochen<\/strong>: Dieses Gem\u00fcsecurry eignet sich auch perfekt zum Vorkochen! Lager die Reste abgedeckt bis zu 3 Tage im K\u00fchlschrank.
