Hier nun die Zutaten und Alternativzutaten:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Hafermehl<\/strong> &#8211; Verwende normales Hafermehl oder glutenfreies Hafermehl, wenn du unter Z\u00f6liakie leidest. Du kannst auch dein eigenes Hafermehl aus Haferflocken in einem Mixer oder in einer elektrischen Kaffee-\/Gew\u00fcrzm\u00fchle herstellen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Wei\u00dfes Reismehl<\/strong> &#8211; Braunes Reismehl k\u00f6nnte auch gut funktionieren. Man kann h\u00f6chstwahrscheinlich auch glutenfreies Allzweckmehl (oder normales Mehl, wenn du dich nicht glutenfrei ern\u00e4hrst) anstelle von Hafermehl und Reismehl verwenden. Ich habe diese Variante allerdings nicht ausprobiert.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Maisst\u00e4rke\/Speisest\u00e4rke<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211; Anstelle von Maisst\u00e4rke kann auch Pfeilwurzelmehl oder Kartoffelst\u00e4rke verwendet werden.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Erythrit\/Xucker light<\/strong> &#8211; Verwende Erythrit f\u00fcr einen Streuselkuchen ohne Zucker. Du kannst jedoch stattdessen auch normalen Zucker verwenden.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Apfelmus<\/strong> &#8211; Zerdr\u00fcckte Bananen oder K\u00fcrbisp\u00fcree k\u00f6nnten auch verwendet werden.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Kokos\u00f6l<\/strong> &#8211; Wenn du den veganen Streuselkuchen \u00f6lfrei machen m\u00f6chtest, w\u00fcrde ich empfehlen, die Menge an Apfelmus zu erh\u00f6hen. Die Textur wird jedoch anders sein. F\u00fcr die Streusel wird auch \u00d6l ben\u00f6tigt. Du kannst jedoch versuchen, sie durch veganen Frischk\u00e4se oder Nussmus zu ersetzen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pflanzenmilch<\/strong> &#8211; Jede pflanzliche Milch ist in Ordnung. Einige Beispiele sind Mandelmilch, Sojamilch, Hafermilch, Kokosmilch usw.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Kokosbl\u00fctenzucker<\/strong> &#8211; Du kannst auch braunen Zucker f\u00fcr die Streusel verwenden.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gemahlene Mandeln<\/strong> &#8211; Um das Rezept nussfrei zu machen, verwende einfach gemahlene, unges\u00fc\u00dfte Kokosraspeln.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Backpulver, Natron, Apfelessig<\/strong> &#8211; helfen dem Kuchen beim Aufgehen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Zimt, Vanilleextrakt und Salz<\/strong> &#8211; Wird f\u00fcr den Geschmack ben\u00f6tigt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Alle Zutaten UND Ma\u00dfangaben<\/strong> sind im <strong>ausdruckbaren Rezept<\/strong> <strong>unten<\/strong> aufgef\u00fchrt. Alles, was man braucht, sind zwei gro\u00dfe R\u00fchrsch\u00fcsseln, eine Backform und einen Schneebesen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SCHRITT 1:<\/strong> Lege zuerst eine Backform mit Backpapier aus (mit etwas \u00dcberhang an allen Seiten, zum einfachen Entfernen). Meine Backform misst ca. 15&#215;23 cm.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SCHRITT 2:<\/strong> Beginne nun mit dem Streusel-Belag. Einfach alle trockenen Zutaten f\u00fcr die Streusel in eine Sch\u00fcssel geben, mit einem Schneebesen vermischen und dann die feuchten Zutaten hinzugeben. Benutze deine Finger, um alles gut zu verkneten, bis die Mischung leicht br\u00f6selig ist. Die Backzeit kann, je nach Ofen und Gr\u00f6\u00dfe der Backform, um einige Minuten variieren. Vollst\u00e4ndig abk\u00fchlen lassen, dann mit Zuckerguss (ich verwende Erythrit-Pulver vermischt mit etwas Pflanzenmilch) betr\u00e4ufeln. Dann die H\u00e4lfte der Zimtstreusel darauf verteilen. Die Backzeit kann, je nach Ofen und Gr\u00f6\u00dfe der Backform, um einige Minuten variieren. Du kannst auch weiche, vegane Butter\/Margarine benutzen. F\u00fcr eine \u00f6lfreie Version w\u00fcrde ich empfehlen, die Menge an Apfelmus im Teig zu erh\u00f6hen. Die Textur wird jedoch anders sein. Um das \u00d6l im Streusel-Topping zu ersetzen, k\u00f6nntest du mit veganem Frischk\u00e4se oder Nussmus experimentieren.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mehl:<\/strong> Du kannst auch dein eigenes Hafermehl aus Haferflocken in einem Mixer oder einer elektrischen <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/2FhF1Ez\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\"><strong>Kaffee-\/Gew\u00fcrzm\u00fchle<\/strong><\/a> herstellen. Ein glutenfreies Allzweckmehl (oder normales Mehl, wenn du dich nicht glutenfrei ern\u00e4hrst) anstelle von Hafermehl und Reismehl sollte gut funktionieren, ich habe es jedoch nicht ausprobiert.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Glasur\/Zuckerguss:<\/strong> Hierf\u00fcr einfach ein paar Essl\u00f6ffel Erythrit-Pulver (oder Puderzucker) und etwas Pflanzenmilch in eine kleine Sch\u00fcssel geben.
