Pizza ist wahrscheinlich mein Favorit, doch Pasta geh\u00f6rt auch zu meinen liebsten Speisen. Es ist in gewisser Weise \u00e4hnlich zu diesem Cannelloni-Rezept.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Was ist Cannelloni?<\/h2>\n<p>Cannelloni wird <em>traditionell<\/em> aus frischen Lasagnebl\u00e4ttern aus Nudelteig hergestellt, welche dann bef\u00fcllt und zu R\u00f6llchen verarbeitet werden. Meist besteht die F\u00fcllung aus Fleisch (z.B. Hackfleisch) und\/oder K\u00e4se.<\/p>\n<p>Gekaufte Cannelloni-Nudel R\u00f6llchen (R\u00f6hrchen) sind 10 cm lang und haben ein Durchmesser von 2,5 cm. Es gibt sie weltweit in den meisten Superm\u00e4rkten zu kaufen.<\/p>\n<p>In den USA sind sie als Manicotti bekannt, was ein bisschen verwirrend ist. Diese Manicotti-Nudel-R\u00f6llchen sind au\u00dferdem geriffelt und gr\u00f6\u00dfer als Cannelloni Nudel R\u00f6llchen. Du kannst stattdessen auch einen Gefrierbeutel verwenden und einfach eine der Ecken abschneiden. Stelle sicher, dass der Spinat so wenig Feuchtigkeit wie m\u00f6glich enth\u00e4lt, um diesen bestm\u00f6glich weiterverarbeiten zu k\u00f6nnen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ricotta<\/strong> \u2013 Ich habe mein <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/veganer-ricotta-kaese\/\"><strong>veganes Ricotta Rezept<\/strong><\/a> verwendet, welches aus nur 6 Zutaten besteht, davon Mandelmehl und Kichererbsen. Manche werden sagen, dass es nur Hummus ist, allerdings ist das nicht der Fall. Es kommt dem sehr nahe, aber identisch ist es nicht. Es schmeckt in Kombination mit Spinat k\u00f6stlich und ist die perfekte F\u00fcllung f\u00fcr dieses vegane Cannelloni Rezept. Du k\u00f6nntest auch veganen Frischk\u00e4se anstelle von Ricotta verwenden.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tomatenso\u00dfe<\/strong> \u2013 Du kannst entweder gekaufte Marinara So\u00dfe oder gehackte Tomaten verwenden oder deine eigene Tomatenso\u00dfe herstellen. Ich f\u00fcge oft gerne noch Knoblauch, Zwiebeln und italienische Kr\u00e4uter (Basilikum, Oregano, Thymian, Knoblauch, Zwiebeln) hinzu.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cannelloni R\u00f6llchen <\/strong>\u2013 Wie oben erw\u00e4hnt, kannst du auch Manicotti R\u00f6llchen nehmen (wenn n\u00f6tig, glutenfrei).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Veganer K\u00e4se<\/strong> \u2013 Ich habe meine einfache, <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/vegane-kaesesauce-einfaches-rezept\/\"><strong>vegane K\u00e4seso\u00dfe<\/strong><\/a> verwendet. Solltest du keinen geeigneten Mixer haben, kannst du den veganen Ricotta und die Spinat-Mischung auch mit einem Holzl\u00f6ffel vermischen. Schalte den Herd aus und stelle den Topf (oder die Pfanne) zur Seite.
