Folgende Zutaten habe ich verwendet:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Gefrorene Erbsen<\/strong> &#8211; Erbsen enthalten pflanzliche Proteine, B-Vitamine und Mineralstoffe wie Eisen, Kalzium, Magnesium und Zink. Du k\u00f6nntest selbstverst\u00e4ndlich auch Erbsen aus dem Glas nehmen, diese sind jedoch oft matschiger und haben keinen Biss, daher bevorzuge ich gefrorene Erbsen.<\/li>\n<li><b>Frische Karotten <\/b>&#8211; M\u00f6hren sind reich an Beta-Carotin und enthalten au\u00dferdem B-Vitamine, Vitamin C und Mineralstoffe wie Eisen, Kalium, Kalzium, Phosphor, Magnesium und Zink. Anstelle von Karotten k\u00f6nntest du auch S\u00fc\u00dfkartoffeln verwenden.<\/li>\n<li><b>Blumenkohl <\/b>&#8211; es gibt ihn in verschiedenen Farben, wobei der wei\u00dfe Blumenkohl am bekanntesten ist. Er enth\u00e4lt ebenfalls verschiedene B-Vitamine, Vitamin C und Vitamin K. Des weiteren Mineralstoffe wie Kalium, Kalzium, Magnesium und Phosphor. Alternativ k\u00f6nntest du auch Brokkoli benutzen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mais<\/strong> &#8211; verwende ich am liebsten frisch vom Kolben oder aus dem Glas.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Knoblauch und Zwiebeln<\/strong> &#8211; verleihen dem Gem\u00fcse einen sch\u00f6nen Geschmack und sind au\u00dferdem auch sehr gesund.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Rahmso\u00dfe<\/strong> &#8211; du kannst Hafersahne verwenden oder Kokosmilch aus der Dose. Wenn die Rahmso\u00dfe weniger reichhaltig sein soll, kannst du auch Pflanzenmilch verwenden, die weniger fettreich ist.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gew\u00fcrze<\/strong> &#8211; die Gew\u00fcrze sind recht \u00fcberschaubar und bestehen aus Meersalz, Pfeffer und Chiliflocken. Oft verwende ich auch frischen Thymian. Au\u00dferdem d\u00fcrfen auch Dijon Senf und etwas Zitronensaft nicht fehlen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Speisest\u00e4rke<\/strong> &#8211; zum Andicken der Rahmso\u00dfe eignet sich Maisst\u00e4rke oder Pfeilwurzelmehl. Nach wenigen Minuten kommen auch Knoblauch, Blumenkohl und die Karotten hinzu.
