Ich habe Sonnenblumenkerne verwendet, aber auch K\u00fcrbiskerne, Waln\u00fcsse, Pekann\u00fcsse oder Cashewkerne eignen sich gut.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Haferflocken:<\/strong> Verwende bei Bedarf zertifiziert glutenfreie Haferflocken. Sie helfen dabei, die Masse zu binden und zu festigen. Alternativ kann auch Kichererbsenmehl (oder Buchweizenmehl) verwendet werden.
