Als Fleischersatz eignen sich heutzutage recht viele Zutaten. Man kann z.B. Pilze verwenden oder auch Jackfruit. Seitan (Weizengluten) ist ebenfalls eine bekannte Fleisch-Alternative, jedoch ist sie nicht glutenfrei und damit f\u00fcr Menschen mit einer Glutenunvertr\u00e4glichkeit bzw. Allergie nicht geeignet.<\/p>\n<p>Ges\u00fcnder ist meiner Meinung nach die Verwendung von Bohnen. Du k\u00f6nntest auch Kidneybohnen verwenden.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sonnenblumenkerne<\/strong> &#8211; auch sie enthalten Eiwei\u00df, aber auch etwas Fett (Geschmackstr\u00e4ger). Au\u00dferdem verleihen sie den Burger Patties einen gewissen Crunch. Du kannst selbstverst\u00e4ndlich auch N\u00fcsse verwenden wie z.B. Waln\u00fcsse oder Cashewkerne.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Haferflocken<\/strong> &#8211; du kannst normale Haferflocken verwenden oder glutenfreie Haferflocken. Sie sorgen daf\u00fcr, dass der vegane Burger nicht zu matschig wird. Als Alternative w\u00e4re wahrscheinlich auch normales Weizenmehl m\u00f6glich, probiert habe ich es allerdings noch nicht.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tomatenmark<\/strong> &#8211; verleiht dem Black Bean Burger einen guten Geschmack und h\u00e4lt die Bratlinge au\u00dferdem zusammen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sojasauce<\/strong> &#8211; ebenfalls ein Geschmackstr\u00e4ger. Achte darauf glutenfreie Sojasauce zu verwenden, falls du eine Glutenunvertr\u00e4glichkeit hat. Als Alternative kann auch Tamari oder Kokos Aminos verwendet werden.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Knoblauch und Zwiebeln<\/strong> &#8211; sehr wichtig f\u00fcr viel Geschmack und au\u00dferdem auch sehr gesund.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Verschiedene Gew\u00fcrze<\/strong> &#8211; ich habe haupts\u00e4chlich Gew\u00fcrze gew\u00e4hlt, die sehr aromatisch sind, wie z.B. Die Mischung dickt inzwischen an und dient als Ei-Ersatz. Sollte die Masse zu klebrig sein kannst du einfach noch etwas Haferflocken hinzugeben. Brate sie von beiden Seiten an, was insgesamt etwa 12-15 Minuten dauert. Grillen ist auch m\u00f6glich, allerdings w\u00fcrde ich sie vorsichtshalber zuerst f\u00fcr ca. 30 Minuten anfrieren, damit sie fester werden!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tipp:<\/strong> Du kannst die Bratlinge mit etwas veganer Barbecue So\u00dfe oder Sriracha So\u00dfe einpinseln, nachdem du sie gewendet hast! Serviere die Gem\u00fcseburger mit <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/kartoffelspalten-aus-dem-ofen-guacamole\/\"><strong>knusprigen Kartoffelspalten aus dem Ofen<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Die Black Bean Burger sind au\u00dfen fest, aber innen noch etwas weich und saftig. Wenn die Mischung zu klebrig ist, einfach etwas mehr Haferflocken hinzuf\u00fcgen.
