Vielleicht hast du die meisten davon bereits zu Hause:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Risotto Reis<\/b> &#8211; Verwende kurzk\u00f6rnigen Reis wie Aroborio, Carnaroli, Vialone, Nano oder Baldo (ich verwende immer Aroborio).<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u00d6l<\/strong> &#8211; Du kannst vegane Butter (Margarine) anstelle von \u00d6l verwenden.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche<\/strong> &#8211; Eine gekaufte Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche ist vollkommen in Ordnung. Du kannst auch einen Br\u00fchw\u00fcrfel f\u00fcr zus\u00e4tzlichen Geschmack benutzen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Brokkoli<\/strong> &#8211; Verwende frischen Brokkoli und schneide ihn in kleine, mundgerechte R\u00f6schen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Zwiebel<\/strong> &#8211; Ich bevorzuge wei\u00dfe Zwiebeln f\u00fcr dieses Rezept, aber du kannst auch Schalotten oder rote Zwiebeln verwenden.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Knoblauch<\/strong> &#8211; Verleiht dem Gem\u00fcserisotto einen wunderbaren Geschmack und hat viele gesundheitliche Vorteile.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Wei\u00dfwein<\/strong> &#8211; Ich empfehle einen trockenen Wein. Du kannst jedoch auch Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche nehmen, wenn du keinen Wein verwenden m\u00f6chtest.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gew\u00fcrze<\/strong> &#8211; Meersalz, frisch gemahlener schwarzer Pfeffer und Zitronensaft sorgen f\u00fcr einen wunderbaren Geschmack.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Vegane K\u00e4sesauce<\/strong> &#8211; Ich habe meine <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/vegane-kaesesauce-einfaches-rezept\/\"><strong>selbstgemachte K\u00e4sesauce<\/strong><\/a> verwendet (klicke f\u00fcr das Rezept), die in wenigen Minuten fertig ist. Weiter unten siehst du 6 Schritt-f\u00fcr-Schritt Fotos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SCHRITT 1:<\/strong> Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche in einem Topf erw\u00e4rmen. Den Topf auf dem Herd stehen lassen und bei Bedarf wieder erw\u00e4rmen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SCHRITT 2: <\/strong>\u00d6l oder vegane Butter in einer Pfanne erhitzen. Die Zwiebel hinzugeben und etwa 4 Minuten lang unter gelegentlichem R\u00fchren anbraten. Knoblauch und Reis dazugeben und eine weitere Minute anbraten.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SCHRITT 3: <\/strong>Mit Wei\u00dfwein abl\u00f6schen und unter h\u00e4ufigem R\u00fchren k\u00f6cheln lassen, bis der Wein verdunstet ist.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SCHRITT 4: <\/strong>Ca. 100-150 ml Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche hinzugeben und bei schwacher Hitze k\u00f6cheln lassen, bis die Br\u00fche verdunstet ist. Dabei h\u00e4ufig umr\u00fchren, um ein cremiges Risotto zu erhalten. Immer wieder Br\u00fche nachgie\u00dfen und r\u00fchren.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SCHRITT 5: <\/strong>Nach ca. 10 Minuten Salz, schwarzen Pfeffer, Zitronensaft, Brokkolir\u00f6schen und mehr Br\u00fche hinzuf\u00fcgen. Mit einem Deckel weitere 10 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen, bei Bedarf mehr Br\u00fche hinzugeben und umr\u00fchren.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SCHRITT 6: <\/strong>W\u00e4hrenddessen die vegane K\u00e4sesauce zubereiten (oder gekauften veganen K\u00e4se verwenden). Die K\u00e4seso\u00dfe in die Pfanne geben und alles gut vermengen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SCHRITT 7: <\/strong>Das Risotto abschmecken und nach Belieben mehr Salz\/Pfeffer\/Zitronensaft hinzuf\u00fcgen. Du musst nicht st\u00e4ndig r\u00fchren, aber es ist wichtig, wenigstens alle paar Minuten umzur\u00fchren. Das schrittweise Hinzuf\u00fcgen der Br\u00fche ist ein Muss f\u00fcr den Reis, um die St\u00e4rke freizusetzen. Dies f\u00fchrt zu einem cremigen Risotto.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Anderes Gem\u00fcse:<\/strong> Es kann auch anderes Gem\u00fcse deiner Wahl verwendet werden, z.B. Spargel, gr\u00fcne Erbsen, Blumenkohl, Zucchini oder was dir sonst noch so schmeckt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Veganer Parmesank\u00e4se:<\/strong> Nat\u00fcrlich kannst du auch veganen Parmesan hinzuf\u00fcgen, um noch mehr Geschmack zu erzielen.
