Dieses saftige Schokoladen-Dessert solltest du wirklich nicht verpassen! #veganeschokomuffins #glutenfreiemuffins #schokoladenmuffins #veganemuffins #elasrecipes | elavegan.com\/de\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Einfache Zutaten<\/h2>\n<p>Insgesamt gibt es nur 12 einfache Zutaten, und ich wette, du hast sie alle zu Hause.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Haferflocken oder Hafermehl<\/strong> &#8211; Wenn du Hafermehl zu Hause hast, kann es direkt losgehen. Wenn du nur Haferflocken hast, kannst du sie mithilfe einer elektrischen Kaffee-\/Gew\u00fcrzm\u00fchle oder eines normalen Mixers, zu Hafermehl verarbeiten. Einfach 10 Sekunden mixen und voil\u00e0, du hast Hafermehl. Stelle sicher, dass du zertifiziert glutenfreie Haferflocken\/Hafermehl verwendest, wenn du unter Z\u00f6liakie leidest.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kokosbl\u00fctenzucker<\/strong> &#8211; Du kannst braunen Zucker, wei\u00dfen Zucker, Dattelzucker oder einen anderen Kristallzucker verwenden. Ich habe nur 70 g verwendet, da die veganen Schokoladendrops auch Zucker enthalten. Wenn du es jedoch gerne s\u00fc\u00df magst, kannst du auch 100 g verwenden.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kakaopulver<\/strong> &#8211; Ich verwende immer unges\u00fc\u00dftes Kakaopulver ohne Zusatzstoffe.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vegane Schokoladendrops<\/strong> &#8211; Ich nehme meist Mini-Schokoladenchips, aber du kannst auch Schokoladendrops in normaler Gr\u00f6\u00dfe, <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/2X3p53l\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\"><strong>zuckerfreie Schokodrops<\/strong><\/a> oder gehackte dunkle Schokolade verwenden.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pflanzliche Milch<\/strong> &#8211; Jede pflanzliche Milch ist in Ordnung. Einige Beispiele sind Mandelmilch, Hafermilch, Cashewmilch, Kokosmilch usw. Je h\u00f6her der Fettgehalt der Milch ist, desto reichhaltiger, saftiger und schmackhafter werden die Schokomuffins.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Apfelmus<\/strong> &#8211; In letzter Zeit habe ich \u00f6fter mit Apfelmus experimentiert und ich liebe es, damit zu backen. Du kannst stattdessen aber auch zermatschte Bananen benutzen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nussmus <\/strong>&#8211; Ich habe Erdnussmus verwendet, weil ich das zu Hause hatte. Du k\u00f6nntest auch Mandelmus, Cashewmus oder Sonnenblumenkernmus f\u00fcr eine nussfreie Version verwenden!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Apfelessig<\/strong> &#8211; In Kombination mit Backpulver und Natron l\u00e4sst es die Muffins aufgehen. Ofen auf 180 Grad Celsius vorheizen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SCHRITT 2:<\/strong> Alle trockenen Zutaten (au\u00dfer den Schokoladenst\u00fcckchen) in eine gro\u00dfe R\u00fchrsch\u00fcssel geben und umr\u00fchren.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SCHRITT 3: <\/strong>Nun die feuchten Zutaten dazugeben und mit einem Schneebesen umr\u00fchren. Du kannst auch ein Handr\u00fchrger\u00e4t verwenden. Zum Schluss die veganen Schokoladenst\u00fcckchen unterr\u00fchren.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SCHRITT 4:<\/strong> Den Teig in die Muffinf\u00f6rmchen f\u00fcllen und gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig verteilen. Ich hatte genug Teig, um 8 Muffins zu machen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SCHRITT 5: <\/strong>F\u00fcr 24 bis 27 Minuten backen oder bis Risse oben auf den Muffins zu sehen sind. Ich empfehle auch einen Zahnstochertest zu machen. Hierf\u00fcr den Zahnstocher in die Mitte eines Muffins hereinstecken.
