Sobald die Kartoffelscheiben goldbraun sind, die Pfanne mit einem Deckel abdecken.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SCHRITT 4:<\/strong> Die Kartoffeln 15 bis 18 Minuten d\u00e4mpfen, erst dann die Zwiebel, das Salz, den Pfeffer (und falls gew\u00fcnscht auch etwas Rosmarin) hinzugeben. Wenn du gekochte Kartoffeln verwenden m\u00f6chtest, empfehle ich, die Kartoffeln am Vortag f\u00fcr maximal 10 Minuten in Salzwasser zu kochen. \u00dcber Nacht im K\u00fchlschrank lagern und am n\u00e4chsten Tag in die Pfanne geben.
