Dieses Wort und diese Art des Kochens kommt speziell aus der Region Frankreichs mit dem Namen &#8222;Bourgogne&#8220;, in Deutsch &#8222;Burgund&#8220;. Die Bourguignon-Sauce ist im Volksmund dunkelbraun, kann jedoch aufgrund des Rotweins, aus dem sie hergestellt wird, auch rotwein-farben (burgundy) wirken.<\/p>\n<p>Das Gericht ist traditionell bekannt unter dem Namen &#8222;Boeuf Bourguignon&#8220;, \u00fcbersetzt &#8222;Rindfleisch-Bourguignon&#8220;. Es ist quasi ein Eintopf oder Gulasch, der alles andere als vegan (nicht einmal vegetarisch) ist. Wie du vielleicht wei\u00dft, gibt es bei mir pflanzliche und gesunde Gerichte, denen es nicht an Geschmack mangelt. Daher enth\u00e4lt auch dieses Pilzragout wieder aromatische Zutaten. Kokosmilch hat jedoch einen h\u00f6heren Fettgehalt, was bedeutet, dass sie cremiger ist als Optionen wie Mandelmilch, Hafermilch usw. Um dem entgegenzuwirken, f\u00fcge einfach einen Essl\u00f6ffel \u00d6l oder vegane Butter hinzu.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Aufbewahrung<\/strong> &#8211; Dieses Pilzgulasch sollte bis zu 3 Tage in einem luftdichten Beh\u00e4lter im K\u00fchlschrank aufbewahrt werden. Es kann auch in einem luftdichten Beh\u00e4lter eingefroren und bis zu 3 Monate aufbewahrt werden. Zum Aufw\u00e4rmen aus dem Gefrierschrank nehmen und auftauen lassen &#8211; am besten \u00fcber Nacht. Dann auf dem Herd auf niedrigerer Stufe aufw\u00e4rmen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Rotweinersatz<\/strong> &#8211; Der Rotwein sollte in diesem veganen Gulasch mit Pilzen eigentlich wirklich NICHT ersetzt werden.
