Dieser Kichererbsen-Ricotta ist ein Rezept, das jeder machen kann, es ist ein Kinderspiel. Wenn du Dips mit einem k\u00e4sigen Geschmack magst, dann bist du hier genau richtig.<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Laut <a href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Ricotta\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Wikipedia<\/a> ist Ricotta ein Frischk\u00e4se aus Schaf- und\/oder Kuhmilch, der durch Zugabe von Frischmilch\/Rahm zur Molke und F\u00e4llung durch S\u00e4ure bei 90 \u00b0C gewonnen wird. Die K\u00e4semasse wird durch vorsichtiges Absch\u00f6pfen an der Fl\u00fcssigkeitsoberfl\u00e4che entnommen.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Schmeckt dieser selbstgemachte Ricotta-Ersatz identisch? H\u00f6chstwahrscheinlich nicht genau gleich, jedoch ist er trotzdem unglaublich lecker!<\/p>\n<h2>Ricotta-Ersatz mit nur 6 Zutaten<\/h2>\n<p>Du hast richtig gelesen. Ich bin mir sicher, dass jeder Mensch Salz und Pfeffer zu Hause hat, daher musst du nur 6 Zutaten f\u00fcr diesen veganen Ricotta kaufen. Aber vielleicht hast du ja bereits alle Zutaten daheim. Mal sehen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Kichererbsen<\/strong> &#8211; aus der Dose oder gekocht aus trockenen Kichererbsen<\/li>\n<li><strong>Knoblauch<\/strong> &#8211; verleiht einen wunderbaren Geschmack und hat viele gesundheitliche Vorteile<\/li>\n<li><strong>Zitronensaft<\/strong> &#8211; man kann stattdessen Limettensaft oder Apfelessig verwenden<\/li>\n<li><strong>Milch auf pflanzlicher Basis<\/strong> &#8211; jegliche Pflanzenmilch ist in Ordnung. Ich habe es einmal versucht, war aber vom Geschmack her nicht zu 100% \u00fcberzeugt.
