Ich mag beide Versionen, aber ich esse lieber einen veganen Eintopf, wenn ich Hunger habe. Das hei\u00dft, du brauchst nur einen einzigen gro\u00dfen Topf, alle Zutaten und einen Herd! Wenn du den Erbseneintopf p\u00fcrieren m\u00f6chtest, um ihn in eine cremige Gem\u00fcsesuppe zu verwandeln, ben\u00f6tigst du, wie bereits erw\u00e4hnt, auch einen P\u00fcrierstab oder einen normalen Mixer. Nachfolgend siehst du 6 Schritt-F\u00fcr-Schritt-Fotos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>FOTOS 1 + 2:<\/strong> Zwiebel, Karotten, Sellerie, Knoblauch und Kartoffeln einige Minuten anbraten. S\u00fc\u00dfkartoffeln anstelle von normalen Kartoffeln benutzen. Auch Zucchini oder anderes Gem\u00fcse kann zum Einsatz kommen. Mais ist auch eine sch\u00f6ne Erg\u00e4nzung, die dem Erbseneintopf etwas S\u00fc\u00dfe verleiht.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gr\u00fcne Erbsen:<\/strong> Es ist auch m\u00f6glich Erbsen aus der Dose zu verwenden. Du solltest sie jedoch zu einem sp\u00e4teren Zeitpunkt hinzuf\u00fcgen, da sie bereits sehr weich sind. Andernfalls wird die vegane Erbsensuppe recht matschig.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Maisst\u00e4rke<\/strong>: Du kannst Pfeilwurzelmehl oder Kartoffelst\u00e4rke verwenden, um die Suppe zu verdicken. Normales Mehl sollte auch gut funktionieren.
