Ich habe etwas Ingwer f\u00fcr einen scharfen Kick und ein tolles Aroma hinzugef\u00fcgt. Es gibt wahrscheinlich nichts Entt\u00e4uschenderes, als eine geschmacklose Suppe zu essen, daher ist es wichtig, aromatische Gew\u00fcrze zu w\u00e4hlen. Das Ergebnis ist eine k\u00f6stliche Suppe, die gleichzeitig gesund ist. Die M\u00f6hrensuppe ist super einfach zuzubereiten. Alles, was man dazu braucht, ist ein gro\u00dfer Topf, ein Stabmixer (oder ein normaler Mixer), alle erforderlichen Zutaten und fertig.<\/p>\n<p><strong>FOTO 1:<\/strong> Zuerst die Karotten\/Kartoffeln sch\u00e4len und klein schneiden und dann die anderen Zutaten vorbereiten. Jetzt ist es an der Zeit, die Suppe in einem gro\u00dfen Topf zu kochen, bis das Gem\u00fcse weich ist. Dies dauert je nach Gr\u00f6\u00dfe des geschnittenen Gem\u00fcses etwa 20 Minuten.<\/p>\n<p><strong>FOTO 2:<\/strong> Ich habe einen Stabmixer verwendet, um die Suppe direkt im Topf zu p\u00fcrieren. Du kannst die Suppe jedoch auch in einem herk\u00f6mmlichen Mixer p\u00fcrieren. Die Suppe hierzu einfach in mehren Durchg\u00e4ngen mixen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>FOTO 3:<\/strong> Die Kokosmilch in die Karottensuppe gie\u00dfen und mit einem L\u00f6ffel umr\u00fchren. Dadurch wird sie cremiger und etwas heller. Du kannst so viel oder so wenig verwenden, wie du m\u00f6chtest, je nach Belieben.<\/p>\n<p><strong>FOTO 4:<\/strong> Probiere die Suppe und w\u00fcrze bei Bedarf noch nach. F\u00fcge etwas mehr Salz\/Pfeffer und Gew\u00fcrze hinzu, um die Suppe entsprechend abzuschmecken. Servieren und genie\u00dfen! Sie sind extrem fett- und proteinarm.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vitamine und Mineralien:<\/strong> Karotten sind eine ausgezeichnete Quelle f\u00fcr Vitamin A in Form von Beta-Carotin. Ich mag beide Varianten, bevorzuge aber wei\u00dfe Kartoffeln, weil die M\u00f6hrensuppe schon s\u00fc\u00df genug ist.<\/li>\n<li>Du kannst das Gem\u00fcse auch auf einem Backblech <strong>im Ofen r\u00f6sten<\/strong>, um noch mehr Geschmack hervorzubringen! Hierzu einfach die in Scheiben geschnittenen Karotten, Zwiebeln, Knoblauchzehen und Kartoffeln mit etwas Oliven\u00f6l einreiben. Gew\u00fcrze hinzugeben und dann mit den H\u00e4nden gut durchmischen. Ca. 30 Minuten lang bei ca. 200 Grad Celsius r\u00f6sten oder bis es zart und weich genug ist, um es mixen zu k\u00f6nnen. In einen Mixer geben, Kokosmilch und hei\u00dfe Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche dazugeben und cremig p\u00fcrieren.<\/li>\n<li>Es ist auch m\u00f6glich, die Suppe im <strong>Multikocher (Schnellkochtopf)<\/strong> zuzubereiten! Einfach die Zwiebel, den Ingwer und den Knoblauch im Schnellkochtopf mit dem \u00d6l und allen Gew\u00fcrzen anbraten. Die Karotten, Kartoffeln und Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche hinzuf\u00fcgen. Deckel darauf und im Multikocher f\u00fcr 6 Minuten unter Druck kochen lassen und den Dampf dann schnell ablassen (quick release).
