Ganz ehrlich, das ist mit Abstand mein liebster, selbstgemachter Nachtisch. Diese Pralinen sind&#8230;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Schokoladig<\/li>\n<li>Nussig<\/li>\n<li>Milchfrei<\/li>\n<li>Eifrei<\/li>\n<li>Glutenfrei<\/li>\n<li>Getreidefrei<\/li>\n<li>Frei von raffiniertem Zucker<\/li>\n<li>Vegan<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&#8230;Und sie schmelzen f\u00f6rmlich im Mund. Wenn du Erdnussbutter und Schokolade magst, solltest du dieses Pralinen-Rezept auf jeden Fall ausprobieren. Du wirst es mit Sicherheit nicht bereuen, da bin ich mir ganz sicher!<\/p>\n<p>Sogar mein Schatz hat gesagt, dass diese selbstgemachten Pralinen unglaublich lecker schmecken, und er bevorzugt eher w\u00fcrzige Speisen. Diese Erdnussbutter Pralinen brauchen au\u00dferdem nicht gebacken zu werden. Sie m\u00fcssen lediglich f\u00fcr mindestens 2-3 Stunden (besser \u00fcber Nacht) in die Gefriertruhe, um fest zu werden.<\/p>\n<p>Wenn du im Rezept Kakaobutter verwendest, werden die Pralinen schneller fest als mit Kokos\u00f6l und sind etwas leichter auszuformen. Sie schmecken mir jedoch noch ein bisschen besser, wenn ich sie mit Kokos\u00f6l herstelle. Ich verwende manchmal ein Erdnussmehl, welches nur aus ger\u00f6steten und entfetteten Erdn\u00fcssen besteht. PB2 enth\u00e4lt das Gleiche, aber noch zus\u00e4tzlich etwas Zucker und Salz. Wenn du eine Erdnussmehl-Marke findest, die kein Salz enth\u00e4lt, kannst du einfach eine Prise Salz dazugeben.<\/p>\n<p>Du brauchst keinen zus\u00e4tzlichen Zucker hinzuzuf\u00fcgen, da diese veganen Pralinen durch den Ahornsirup ausreichend s\u00fc\u00df sind.
