Sie sind beide gef\u00fcllt (haupts\u00e4chlich mit Fleisch, z.B. Rindfleisch, H\u00fchnchen und K\u00e4se), gerollt und entweder gebraten (am h\u00e4ufigsten) oder gebacken, was sie ziemlich \u00e4hnlich macht. Sowohl Taquitos als auch Flautas werden oft mit Maistortillas zubereitet. Taquitos sind jedoch kleiner\/k\u00fcrzer, wogegen Flautas l\u00e4nger und d\u00fcnner sind.<\/p>\n<p>Au\u00dferdem wird der Begriff &#8222;Taquitos&#8220; in den USA und &#8222;Flautas&#8220; in spanischsprachigen L\u00e4ndern (z. B. Mexiko) h\u00e4ufiger verwendet.<\/p>\n<p>Mein Taquitos Rezept kann mit Maistortillas oder Weizentortillas gemacht werden. Unten siehst du 6 Zwischenschrittbilder, die ich kurz erl\u00e4utern werde:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Auf dem ersten Bild sieht man die Gem\u00fcsemischung in einer Pfanne. Ich habe Kartoffelp\u00fcree, Karotten, Erbsen, Zwiebel, Knoblauch und aromatische Gew\u00fcrze verwendet. Alles, was du tun musst, ist die Zwiebel und den Knoblauch anbraten, die gekochten Kartoffeln stampfen und die Erbsen (aus der Dose oder gefroren) hinzuf\u00fcgen.<\/li>\n<li>Das zweite Bild zeigt das gestampfte Gem\u00fcse. Du kannst einen Kartoffelstampfer oder eine Gabel verwenden, um alles zu kombinieren.<\/li>\n<li>Wie du auf dem dritten Foto sehen kannst, mache ich normalerweise 2-3 Essl\u00f6ffel der Gem\u00fcsemischung auf eine Tortilla. Wenn du gr\u00f6\u00dfere Tortillas verwendest, kannst du nat\u00fcrlich mehr F\u00fcllung verwenden.<\/li>\n<li>Fotos 4, 5 und 6 zeigen, wie die Tortilla aufgerollt wird. Du kannst die R\u00f6llchen mit einer Taco-Gew\u00fcrzmischung bestreuen (optional, aber sehr empfehlenswert). Die Tortillas legst du dann auf ein mit Backpapier ausgelegtes Backblech und l\u00e4sst sie im Ofen goldbraun und knusprig backen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Alle Ma\u00dfangaben und Anweisungen findest du wie immer <strong>weiter unten im Rezept<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>Taquitos aus der Hei\u00dfluftfritteuse<\/h2>\n<p>Breite die Taquitos in einer einzelnen Schicht im Frittierkorb aus, mit etwas Abstand dazwischen (falls n\u00f6tig, in mehreren Durchg\u00e4ngen zubereiten). Dieses einfache Rezept ist perfekt als Snack, Abendessen oder Beilage! #veganetaquitos #glutenfreietaquitos #taquitos #gem\u00fcserollen #vegetarisch #elasrecipes | elavegan.com\/de\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Hilfreiche Tipps<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Es ist m\u00f6glich, die Gem\u00fcsef\u00fcllung vorher zuzubereiten und 1-2 Tage im K\u00fchlschrank zu lagern.<\/li>\n<li>Lagere die Reste bis zu 3 Tage im K\u00fchlschrank oder friere sie bis zu 2 Monate in Zip-Lock-Beuteln ein.<\/li>\n<li>Du kannst zus\u00e4tzlich gesundes Gem\u00fcse wie Paprika, Zucchini, S\u00fc\u00dfkartoffeln oder Champignons hinzuf\u00fcgen.<\/li>\n<li>Wenn du kein Fan von Erbsen bist, verwende einfach Kichererbsen oder Bohnen, um diesen vegetarischen Taquitos gesundes pflanzliches Protein hinzuzuf\u00fcgen.<\/li>\n<li>Du kannst veganes &#8222;Hackfleisch&#8220; als Fleischersatz verwenden, falls gew\u00fcnscht. Einfach zusammen mit der Zwiebel in einer Pfanne anbraten.<\/li>\n<li>Magst du extra knusprige Taquitos? Dann brate sie mit etwas \u00d6l in einer Pfanne, anstatt sie zu backen!<\/li>\n<li>Dippe sie in Salsa, veganen Queso, veganen Schmand oder Guacamole!
