Ich habe Kokosmilch aus der Dose, f\u00fcr zus\u00e4tzliche Cremigkeit, verwendet.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Hefeflocken:<\/strong> Diese Zutat ist der Schl\u00fcssel f\u00fcr K\u00e4segeschmack ohne Milchprodukte.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tapiokast\u00e4rke:<\/strong> Wie bei meiner beliebten <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/vegane-kaesesauce-einfaches-rezept\/\"><strong>veganen K\u00e4sesauce<\/strong><\/a>, wird auch bei diesem Artischockendip Tapiokamehl (auch Tapiokast\u00e4rke genannt) verwendet, um die leicht klebrige Textur von geschmolzenem K\u00e4se zu erhalten. Pfeilwurzelmehl funktioniert in \u00e4hnlicher Weise.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Paprika:<\/strong> Ich verwende eine Kombination aus s\u00fc\u00dfer und ger\u00e4ucherter Paprika, f\u00fcr mehr Farbe und Geschmack.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Meersalz und schwarzer Pfeffer:<\/strong> Zum W\u00fcrzen nach Geschmack.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Spinat-Artischocken-Mischung<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Aromastoffe:<\/strong> Dieser Artischocken-Dip, verwendet Knoblauch und Zwiebeln (wei\u00df oder gelb), f\u00fcr viel Geschmack und Aroma. Auch ger\u00f6steter Knoblauch eignet sich hervorragend.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u00d6l:<\/strong> Jedes neutrale Speise\u00f6l ist geeignet, z. B. Oliven\u00f6l, Avocado\u00f6l, Pflanzen\u00f6l usw.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Artischocke:<\/strong> Ich habe der Einfachheit halber Artischockenherzen aus der Dose benutzt (in Wasser, nicht in \u00d6l\/mariniert). Au\u00dferdem den Spinat klein schneiden und die Artischockenherzen absp\u00fclen und grob hacken.<\/li>\n<li>W\u00e4hrend die Cashewkerne noch einweichen, das \u00d6l in einer ofenfesten Pfanne bei mittlerer Hitze erhitzen. Sobald es hei\u00df ist, die Zwiebel hinzuf\u00fcgen und 3-4 Minuten anbraten, dann den Knoblauch hinzuf\u00fcgen und eine Minute anbraten. Dann beiseite stellen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Falls du keine ofenfeste Pfanne hast, musst du den Dip sp\u00e4ter in eine ofenfeste Form\/Backform geben.<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Als N\u00e4chstes den Ofen auf 190 \u00b0C vorheizen und alle Zutaten f\u00fcr die Cashew-Sauce (eingeweichte Cashews, Pflanzenmilch, Tapiokast\u00e4rke, Hefeflocken, Paprika, sowie Salz und Pfeffer) in einen Hochleistungsmixer oder ein Zerkleinerer geben und auf h\u00f6chster Stufe p\u00fcrieren, bis alles sch\u00f6n glatt ist.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Das kann ein paar Minuten dauern, deshalb sollte das Ger\u00e4t bei Bedarf angehalten werden, um die Seiten abzuschaben. Ein Mixer sorgt au\u00dferdem f\u00fcr eine glattere Sauce als ein Zerkleinerer.<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Zwiebel, Knoblauch, Artischocken und Spinat hinzugeben und 4-6 Mal pulsieren, gerade genug, um sie in die Sauce einzumischen.<\/li>\n<li>Die Mischung zur\u00fcck in die Pfanne geben und zum Kochen bringen, dann unter h\u00e4ufigem R\u00fchren 1-2 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen.
