Ich bin zur\u00fcck mit einem weiteren leckeren Zwiebelrezept! Da ihr meinen <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/saftiger-veganer-zwiebelkuchen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>saftigen Zwiebelkuchen<\/strong><\/a> so toll gefunden habt, habe ich kurzerhand beschlossen, dieses <strong>franz\u00f6sische Zwiebelsuppenrezept<\/strong> ebenfalls mit euch zu teilen!<\/p>\n<p>Zwiebeln &#8211; entweder man hasst sie oder man liebt sie. Ich LIEBE sie und esse sie fast t\u00e4glich. Sie sind nicht nur sehr <strong>gesund<\/strong>, sondern verleihen auch fast allen herzhaften Gerichten einen sehr <strong>guten Geschmack<\/strong>. Ich versuche meinen Rezepten immer eine gesunde und einzigartige Note zu verleihen, daher unterscheiden sie sich fast immer von traditionellen Rezepten. Die meisten franz\u00f6sischen Zwiebelsuppen sind meiner Meinung nach etwas langweilig, deshalb enth\u00e4lt meine Version noch <strong>rote Linsen<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Nun aber zur Anleitung, du wirst sehen wie <strong>einfach<\/strong> dieses Suppenrezept ist. Vollst\u00e4ndige Angaben zu den Zutaten und Ma\u00dfen findest du wie immer unten im Rezept!<\/p>\n<p><strong>SCHRITT 1:<\/strong> Zuerst werden die Zwiebeln karamellisiert. Dieser Schritt dauert eine Weile, ist aber sehr wichtig, da die Zwiebeln sch\u00f6n karamellisiert und aromatisch sein sollen. Ebenfalls die Linsen, die Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche und die Lorbeerbl\u00e4tter hinzugeben. Wenn du keine Linsen verwenden m\u00f6chtest, kannst du die Suppe mit 2 EL Mehl oder Maisst\u00e4rke andicken. Das Baguette (oder Brot deiner Wahl) in Scheiben schneiden und den veganen K\u00e4se vorbereiten. Ich habe meine <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/vegane-kaesesauce-einfaches-rezept\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>einfache vegane K\u00e4sesauce<\/strong><\/a> gemacht. Die Suppe abschmecken und ggf. nachw\u00fcrzen. Bei Bedarf mehr Salz\/Pfeffer\/Thymian verwenden. Ebenfalls Tamari oder Sojasauce hinzugeben.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SCHRITT 6:<\/strong> Die Suppe in ofenfeste Sch\u00e4lchen f\u00fcllen. Jeweils ein bis zwei Scheiben Brot in jede Schale geben. Du kannst noch mehr veganen K\u00e4se deiner Wahl hinzuf\u00fcgen (z.B. veganen Mozzarella). Wenn du kein Fan von Linsen bist, dann lasse sie einfach weg. Wenn du keinen Wein verwenden m\u00f6chtest, dann lass ihn einfach weg und nimm stattdessen 2 EL Balsamico-Essig und etwas mehr Br\u00fche.<\/li>\n<li>Ich habe rote Linsen verwendet, um dieser Zwiebelsuppe eine gesunde Note zu verleihen. Linsen dicken die Suppe au\u00dferdem etwas an und sie f\u00fcgen ebenfalls gesundes pflanzliches Protein hinzu. Wenn du keine Linsen verwenden m\u00f6chtest, w\u00fcrde ich empfehlen, die Suppe mit 2 EL Mehl (oder Maisst\u00e4rke) anzudicken.<\/li>\n<li>Gerne kannst du auch weitere Kr\u00e4uter oder Gew\u00fcrze deiner Wahl hinzuzuf\u00fcgen.
