Nachfolgend siehst du eine Schritt-f\u00fcr-Schritt-Anleitung mit Bildern:<\/p>\n<p><strong>SCHRITT 1:<\/strong> Frische gr\u00fcne Bohnen waschen, halbieren und in einem gro\u00dfen Topf mit Wasser und Salz 5 Minuten kochen. Knoblauch dazugeben und noch eine weitere Minute anbraten.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SCHRITT 3:<\/strong> Nun die Champignons dazugeben und ca. 5 Minuten anbraten. Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche, Tamari (oder Sojasauce) und die Gew\u00fcrzmischung hinzugeben. Die Mischung zum K\u00f6cheln bringen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SCHRITT 4:<\/strong> Maisst\u00e4rke mit der Kokosmilch vermischen (du kannst auch Cashewmilch, Mandelmilch oder Sojamilch\/Sahne verwenden) und gut verr\u00fchren. Backofen auf ca. 200 \u00b0C vorheizen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SCHRITT 5: <\/strong>Die Milch-St\u00e4rke-Mischung in die Pfanne gie\u00dfen und bei mittlerer\/niedriger Hitze etwa 5-10 Minuten lang k\u00f6cheln lassen, bis die So\u00dfe andickt. Ich bevorzuge frische gr\u00fcne Bohnen, aber <strong>gefrorene<\/strong> gr\u00fcne Bohnen kannst du ebenfalls verwenden. Die Garzeit ist f\u00fcr beide gleich und betr\u00e4gt 5 Minuten.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>R\u00f6stzwiebeln<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>R\u00f6stzwiebeln kann man im Supermarkt kaufen oder online bestellen. Ich habe sie <strong>selbstgemacht<\/strong>, deshalb sehen sie anders aus als gekaufte!<\/p>\n<p>Ich habe einfach eine Zwiebel klein geschnitten, dann f\u00fcr etwa 30 Minuten in pflanzlicher Milch eingeweicht. Danach in eine Sch\u00fcssel mit glutenfreiem Mehl (du kannst normales Mehl verwenden) gegeben und in \u00d6l ausgebacken.
