Ich bereite super gerne <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/tag\/kuerbis\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>verschiedene K\u00fcrbisrezepte<\/strong><\/a> zu, liebe aber auch Zwiebelkuchen und dazu gibt es nat\u00fcrlich Federwei\u00dfer! <strong>Zwiebelkuchen<\/strong> habe ich schon als Kind sehr gerne gegessen!<\/p>\n<p>Daher war es an Zeit, einen <strong>gesunden veganen Zwiebelkuchen<\/strong> auf meinem Blog zu ver\u00f6ffentlichen, und ich freue mich sehr, dieses Rezept mit dir zu teilen!<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-8455 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/baked-vegan-caramelized-onion-tart.jpg\" alt=\"gebackene Zwiebeltarte von oben\" width=\"768\" height=\"969\" data-pin-description=\"data-pin-description=\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Zwiebelkuchen selber machen &#8211; Schritt-f\u00fcr-Schritt<\/h2>\n<p>Mein veganer Zwiebelkuchen enth\u00e4lt neben roten Zwiebeln auch Lauch und Paprika, da beides der Tarte einen tollen Geschmack verleiht. Falls du kein Fan von Lauch oder Paprika bist, kannst du es selbstverst\u00e4ndlich auch weglassen.<\/p>\n<p>Du kannst einen gekauften Kuchenboden verwenden, einen Hefeteig machen oder mein <strong>glutenfreies Kuchenboden-Rezept ohne Hefe<\/strong> ausprobieren. Alle Zutaten und Gewichtsangaben findest du wie immer unten im Rezept!<\/p>\n<p><strong>SCHRITT 1:<\/strong> Mache zuerst die &#8222;Leinsamen Eier&#8220;, indem du 2 EL gemahlene Leinsamen und 5 EL Wasser in eine Sch\u00fcssel gibst. Mit einem Schneebesen verquirlen und 5 Minuten ruhen lassen. F\u00fcr den glutenfreien Kuchenboden, einfach alle Zutaten in eine Sch\u00fcssel geben und kurz mixen. Das Gem\u00fcse mit geschlossenem Deckel etwa 15 bis 20 Minuten lang d\u00fcnsten.
