Falls n\u00f6tig, zu glutenfreien Haferflocken greifen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>S\u00fc\u00dfungsmittel:<\/strong> Ich nehme Kokosbl\u00fctenzucker, aber normaler Zucker oder Alternativen wie Erythrit funktionieren ebenfalls.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Kakaopulver:<\/strong> Unges\u00fc\u00dftes Kakaopulver oder Backkakao verwenden. Letzteres ist etwas herber im Geschmack.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Backtriebmittel:<\/strong> F\u00fcr dieses Rezept ohne Eier kommen Backpulver und Natron zum Einsatz.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Schokost\u00fcckchen:<\/strong> Halbbittersorte, Zartbitter oder zuckerfreie Schokolade.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Instant-Kaffeepulver (optional):<\/strong> Verst\u00e4rkt den Schokoladengeschmack.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Salz:<\/strong> Hebt das Aroma der Schokolade hervor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Feuchte Zutaten<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Zucchini:<\/strong> Mittelgro\u00df, ungesch\u00e4lt und geraspelt.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Nussmus (oder Kernmus):<\/strong> Bringt cremige Konsistenz und Fett mit, z. Perfekt zum Teilen mit Familie und Freunden und auch bei Kindern sehr beliebt. #veganebrownies #glutenfreiebrownies #brownies #zucchinibrownies #elasrecipes | elavegan.com\/de\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Zucchini Brownies selber machen &#8211; Schritt-F\u00fcr-Schritt<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Eine Backform (meine misst 15 x 23 cm) mit Backpapier auslegen oder die Form mit veganer Butter oder \u00d6l einfetten.<\/li>\n<li>Alle trockenen Zutaten (mit Ausnahme der Schokoladenst\u00fcckchen) in einer K\u00fcchenmaschine (Zerkleinerer) oder einer gro\u00dfen Sch\u00fcssel mixen.<\/li>\n<li>Die feuchten Zutaten hinzugeben und erneut mixen, bis der Teig klumpenfrei ist.<\/li>\n<li>Zum Schluss die Schokoladenst\u00fcckchen dazugeben und mit einem L\u00f6ffel umr\u00fchren.<\/li>\n<li>Den Teig in die Backform geben und weitere Schokoladenst\u00fcckchen obendrauf verteilen.<\/li>\n<li>Etwa 35\u201340 Minuten backen. F\u00fcr saftige Brownies eher 35 Minuten oder weniger, f\u00fcr kuchenartige eher 40 Minuten oder etwas l\u00e4nger. Die Backzeit h\u00e4ngt auch von der Formgr\u00f6\u00dfe ab. Nach 30 Minuten am besten mit einem Zahnstocher testen: Kommt er sauber oder leicht kr\u00fcmelig heraus, sind sie fertig. Ist er noch klebrig, brauchen sie mehr Zeit.<\/li>\n<li>Die Brownies vollst\u00e4ndig abk\u00fchlen lassen.
