Es ist seit langem als indisches Standardgericht bekannt, vor allem weil es eiwei\u00dfreich, gesund und sehr preiswert zubereitet werden kann!<\/p>\n<p>Masoor Dal ist die Bezeichnung f\u00fcr gesch\u00e4lte rote Linsen. Rote Linsen sind schnell gar, m\u00fcssen nicht eingeweicht werden und werden nach dem Kochen wunderbar zart und cremig. Gleichzeitig Paprika, Karotte und die Zwiebel fein hacken und Ingwer und Knoblauch fein reiben.<\/li>\n<li>Das \u00d6l in eine gro\u00dfe Pfanne geben und bei mittlerer Stufe erhitzen. Sobald es hei\u00df ist, die gehackte Zwiebel hinzugeben und 3-4 Minuten anbraten, bis sie glasig wird. Sobald es hei\u00df ist, ein paar Kreuzk\u00fcmmelsamen, Senfk\u00f6rner (optional) und in Scheiben geschnittenen Knoblauch hinzugeben und 30-40 Sekunden brutzeln lassen, bis sie goldbraun sind.<\/p>\n<p>Dann vom Herd nehmen und eine Prise rotes Chilipulver hinzugeben (dadurch erh\u00e4lt alles eine wundersch\u00f6ne rote Farbe). Beim Servieren die gesamte Mischung \u00fcber das rote Linsen Dal tr\u00e4ufeln, um Tadka Dal daraus zu machen!<\/p>\n<h2>Wie serviert man indisches Dal?<\/h2>\n<p>Dieses Linsen Dal l\u00e4sst sich mit allen g\u00e4ngigen Beilagen f\u00fcr ein cremiges indisches Currygericht kombinieren, einschlie\u00dflich:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Mit Brot:<\/strong> Ein knuspriges <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/glutenfreies-brot-vegan\/\">Brot<\/a><\/strong> ODER Fladenbrot wie <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/naan-brot-vegan\/\">Naan<\/a><\/strong>. B:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ein Klecks pflanzlicher Joghurt<\/li>\n<li>Fein gehackte Petersilie oder Koriander<\/li>\n<li>Etwas Sesam (roh oder ger\u00f6stet)<\/li>\n<li>Brutzelnder Tadka-Topping (siehe Abschnitt &#8222;Optionale Zus\u00e4tze&#8220; oben)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Wie aufbewahren?<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Aufbewahren:<\/strong> Lasse das rote Linsen Dal abk\u00fchlen und bewahre es in einem luftdichten Beh\u00e4lter im K\u00fchlschrank f\u00fcr 3-5 Tage auf.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Einfrieren:<\/strong> Nach dem Abk\u00fchlen das indische Dal in Portionen aufteilen (entweder in luftdichte Beh\u00e4ltern ODER in einer gro\u00dfen Silikonmuffinform &#8211; nach dem Einfrieren in einen Ziplock umf\u00fcllen). Bis zu drei Monate lang einfrieren (am besten, bevor du die Kokosmilch hinzugibst). Dann \u00fcber Nacht im K\u00fchlschrank auftauen lassen, bevor du es wieder aufw\u00e4rmst.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aufw\u00e4rmen:<\/strong> Du kannst das rote Linsen Curry auf dem Herd oder in der Mikrowelle aufw\u00e4rmen, bis es erw\u00e4rmt ist. Ich w\u00fcrde die Zutaten zun\u00e4chst mit der Sautierfunktion sautieren, wie im Rezept beschrieben.
