Schaue dir das Video an, um zu sehen, wie unkompliziert die Herstellung ist.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Schritt 1:<\/strong> Zuerst eine 20-cm-Kastenform mit Backpapier auslegen. Alle trockenen Zutaten (au\u00dfer die Schokoladenst\u00fcckchen) in eine Sch\u00fcssel geben und mit einem Schneebesen vermischen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Schritt 2: <\/strong>Alle feuchten Zutaten in die Sch\u00fcssel dazu geben und mit einem Schneebesen umr\u00fchren (du kannst auch ein Handr\u00fchrger\u00e4t verwenden), bis alles vermengt ist. Den Teig jedoch nicht zu lange r\u00fchren.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Schritt 3: <\/strong>Zum Schluss die Schokoladenst\u00fcckchen dazugeben und mit einem L\u00f6ffel umr\u00fchren.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Schritt 4: <\/strong>Den Teig in die ausgekleidete Kastenform gie\u00dfen. Optional weitere Schokoladenst\u00fcckchen obendrauf geben.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Schritt 5: <\/strong>Ca. 35-40 Minuten im Ofen backen. Bei der St\u00e4bchenprobe sollte die Mitte des K\u00fcrbisbrotes nicht mehr fl\u00fcssig sein. Es ist in Ordnung, wenn das St\u00e4bchen etwas klebrig rauskommt, aber es sollte eben nicht nass sein.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Schritt 6: <\/strong>Das Brot abk\u00fchlen lassen und in Scheiben schneiden. Daf\u00fcr musst du es vollst\u00e4ndig abk\u00fchlen lassen, dann in Scheiben schneiden und jede Scheibe in Plastikfolie wickeln, um Gefrierbrand zu vermeiden. F\u00fcr eine nussfreie Version k\u00f6nntest du gemahlene Kokosraspeln benutzen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>K\u00fcrbiskuchengew\u00fcrz:<\/strong> Um deine eigene Gew\u00fcrzmischung herzustellen, mische einfach 1 1\/2 Teel\u00f6ffel Zimt mit 1\/2 Teel\u00f6ffel Muskatnuss und 1\/4 bis 1\/2 Teel\u00f6ffel gemahlene Nelken.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Milch:<\/strong> Ich bevorzuge Kokosmilch oder Cashew-Milch.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Schokodrops:<\/strong> Wenn du das K\u00fcrbisbrot noch ges\u00fcnder und zudem \u00f6lfrei (und ohne Zucker) machen m\u00f6chtest, lass die Schokodrops einfach weg.
