Und ich muss sagen, dass ich mit dem Ergebnis wirklich zufrieden bin! Das Zusammenr\u00fchren des Kuchenteiges ist <strong>sehr einfach<\/strong>, der knifflige Teil ist das St\u00fcrzen des Kuchens. Aber keine Sorge, es ist nicht wirklich kompliziert.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Zuerst eine 20-23 cm runde Kuchenform mit Antihaft-Spray bespr\u00fchen.<\/li>\n<li>Das Kokos\u00f6l (oder geschmolzene vegane Butter) in die Kuchenform gie\u00dfen und gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig (zum Beispiel mit einem Pinsel) verteilen.<\/li>\n<li>Kokosbl\u00fctenzucker (oder braunen Zucker) \u00fcber das \u00d6l streuen, um den gesamten Boden der Kuchenform zu bedecken.<\/li>\n<li>Eine Ananasdose \u00f6ffnen und die Fl\u00fcssigkeit in ein Glas sch\u00fctten (wir brauchen den Ananassaft f\u00fcr den Kuchen!). Die Ananasscheiben in die Form legen und eine Cocktailkirsche in die Mitte jeder Ananasscheibe und in alle Zwischenr\u00e4ume legen.<\/li>\n<li>Kuchenform beiseite stellen und den Ofen auf 180 \u00b0C vorheizen.<\/li>\n<li>Die trockenen Zutaten abwiegen und in eine gro\u00dfe Sch\u00fcssel geben. Ich w\u00fcrde nicht empfehlen, den Kuchen sofort zu st\u00fcrzen.
