D.h. Pistazien, Erdn\u00fcsse, Mandeln, Cashewkerne, Sonnenblumenkerne, K\u00fcrbiskerne, usw. Es ist auch m\u00f6glich einen Teil der N\u00fcsse\/Kerne durch Kokosflocken zu ersetzen, denn die Kombination aus Mango und Kokosnuss passt bestens.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Haferflocken:<\/strong> Verwende alternativ dein liebstes <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/selbstgemachtes-muesli-granola\/\"><strong>M\u00fcsli<\/strong><\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Datteln:<\/strong> Wichtig ist, dass die Datteln weich sind. Am besten eignen sich Medjool-Datteln, aber auch andere Sorten (z. B. Deglet Noir) sind geeignet, solange sie weich sind.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Wenn die Datteln etwas hart sind, kannst du sie auch in hei\u00dfem Wasser einweichen, bis sie weicher sind.<\/p>\n<h3>Mango-K\u00e4sekuchen-F\u00fcllung:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Seidentofu:<\/strong> Er ist weich, cremig und hat einen milden Geschmack.
