Ich fand die klassischen Marmorkuchen, die ich fr\u00fcher probiert habe, meist recht trocken und zugleich buttrig (was ich nicht mag). Alles, was du brauchst, sind Haferflocken (normale oder glutenfreie). Mixe die Haferflocken einfach in einem Mixer oder in einer elektrischen Kaffee-\/Gew\u00fcrzm\u00fchle. Fertig ist das Hafermehl.<\/p>\n<p>Du kannst <strong>gemahlene Mandeln (Mandelmehl)<\/strong> oder andere fein gemahlene N\u00fcsse wie <strong>Haseln\u00fcsse<\/strong>, <strong>Waln\u00fcsse<\/strong> usw. verwenden.<\/p>\n<p>Da der Teig \u00f6lfrei ist, habe ich <strong>Kokosmilch<\/strong> (aus der Dose) verwendet. Wenn du den Kokosgeschmack nicht magst, kannst du nat\u00fcrlich auch deine Lieblings-Pflanzenmilch verwenden und zus\u00e4tzlich 2 Essl\u00f6ffel \u00d6l hinzuf\u00fcgen.<\/p>\n<p>Anstelle von <strong>Ahornsirup<\/strong> kannst du auch braunen Reissirup, Yukon-Sirup, Agavensirup oder einen anderen fl\u00fcssiges S\u00fc\u00dfungsmittel nehmen.<\/p>\n<p>Ein <strong>Leinsamenei<\/strong> ist eine Kombination aus gemahlenen Leinsamen und Wasser. Du kannst auch gemahlene Chiasamen anstelle von gemahlenen Leinsamen verwenden. Ich benutze oft Aquafaba (Kichererbsensole) anstelle von Wasser, weil es den Kuchen noch fluffiger macht.<\/p>\n<p>Du kannst jedes beliebige <strong>Nussmus<\/strong> verwenden, zum Beispiel Cashewmus, Kokosmus, Mandelmus usw. Kein Problem, wie diese einfachen Anleitungsschritte zeigen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Die Leinsamen-Eier zuerst anr\u00fchren und dann beiseite stellen.<\/li>\n<li>Trockene Zutaten in einer Sch\u00fcssel vermischen.<\/li>\n<li>Alle feuchten Zutaten in einem Mixer oder in einer K\u00fcchenmaschine\/Zerkleinerer p\u00fcrieren.<\/li>\n<li>Feuchte und trockene Zutaten zusammenr\u00fchren.<\/li>\n<li>Schokolade und Nussmus im Wasserbad oder in der Mikrowelle schmelzen. Einige Essl\u00f6ffel des Kuchenteiges der Mischung hinzuf\u00fcgen und umr\u00fchren.<\/li>\n<li>Etwas hellen Teig in die Kuchenform l\u00f6ffeln. Dann etwas Schokoladenteig reingeben usw. bis beide Teige aufgebraucht sind.<\/li>\n<li>Den Kuchen 45 Minuten im Ofen backen oder bis ein Zahnstocher sauber herauskommt.<\/li>\n<li>Komplett abk\u00fchlen lassen. Wenn du Kokos nicht magst, kannst du deine Lieblings-Pflanzenmilch verwenden und zus\u00e4tzlich 2 EL \u00d6l hinzuf\u00fcgen.<\/li>\n<li>Anstelle von Ahornsirup kannst du jedes andere fl\u00fcssige S\u00fc\u00dfungsmittel (z.B. Agavensirup, Reismalzsirup usw.) verwenden.<\/li>\n<li>Aquafaba (auch als Kichererbsensole bekannt) ist die Fl\u00fcssigkeit, die sich in einer Dose Kichererbsen befindet. Sie fungiert als Eiersatz und Bindemittel. Du kannst stattdessen Wasser verwenden, ich bevorzuge jedoch Aquafaba. Es ist auch m\u00f6glich, gemahlene Chiasamen anstelle von gemahlenen Leinsamen zu nehmen.<\/li>\n<li>Du kannst jedes beliebige Nussmus verwenden, zum Beispiel Mandel- oder Cashewmus.
