Die Schokotarte ist so unglaublich cremig, samtig, seidig glatt und super lecker. Sie hat zudem fast eine Mousse-Textur und ist nicht wirklich schwer.<\/p>\n<p>Ich bin mir ziemlich sicher, dass du \u00fcberraschst sein wirst, wenn ich dir sage, dass diese Tarte au Chocolat zwei gesunde Zutaten enth\u00e4lt, die f\u00fcr eine Tarte nicht sehr gel\u00e4ufig sind! Und nein, es ist weder Pudding noch Kokoscreme, noch Tofu. Ich habe Erdn\u00fcsse verwendet, aber auch Waln\u00fcsse, Haseln\u00fcsse, Macadamian\u00fcsse, Cashewn\u00fcsse, Mandeln usw. sind m\u00f6glich. Um das Rezept nussfrei zu machen, w\u00e4hle einfach <strong>Sonnenblumenkerne<\/strong> oder K\u00fcrbiskerne. Kokosflocken sind auch toll!<\/li>\n<li><strong>Haferflocken:<\/strong> Wenn du Z\u00f6liakie hast, solltest du <strong>Haferflocken<\/strong> verwenden, die <strong>zertifiziert glutenfrei<\/strong> sind. Um das Rezept getreidefrei zu machen, w\u00fcrde ich empfehlen, gemahlene Mandeln oder gekeimten Buchweizen zu verwenden.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Datteln:<\/strong> Ich habe <strong>Deglet Noir Datteln<\/strong> verwendet, du kannst aber auch <strong>Medjool Datteln<\/strong> nehmen. Die Datteln sollten weich und saftig sein. Wenn dies nicht der Fall ist, kannst du sie 15 bis 20 Minuten in hei\u00dfem Wasser einweichen, um sie weich zu machen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Vanille:<\/strong> Anstelle von <strong>Vanilleextrakt<\/strong> kannst du auch das Mark einer <strong>Vanilleschote<\/strong> verwenden.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Schokolade:<\/strong> Ich verwende am liebsten <strong>dunkle Schokolade<\/strong> mit einem hohen Kakaogehalt (mind. 60%), da diese weniger s\u00fc\u00df ist. Die Schokolade sollte zudem keine Milchprodukte enthalten (vegan sein).<\/li>\n<li><strong>S\u00fc\u00dfungsmittel:<\/strong> Anstelle von <strong>Ahornsirup<\/strong> kannst du auch Reismalzsirup, Yukon-Sirup, Kokosbl\u00fctensirup oder Agavendicksaft nehmen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Kakao:<\/strong> Du kannst auch <strong>rohes Kakaopulver<\/strong> benutzen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Avocado:<\/strong> Die <strong>Avocado sollte reif sein<\/strong>, das ist wirklich wichtig. Wenn sie noch unreif ist, hat die vegane Schokotarte einen Avocado-Geschmack, jedoch nicht, wenn die Avocado reif ist. Avocado macht den Schokokuchen super cremig und geschmeidig und enth\u00e4lt zudem gesunde Fette und Ballaststoffe.<\/li>\n<li><strong>S\u00fc\u00dfkartoffel:<\/strong> Die <strong>S\u00fc\u00dfkartoffel<\/strong> kann orange oder wei\u00df sein, beides funktioniert. Alles, was du brauchst, ist eine Kuchenform (ich habe eine Springform verwendet), eine <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/2NwOOLU\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">K\u00fcchenmaschine (Zerkleinerer)<\/a> oder einen <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/2Kg917A\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Mixer<\/a> und die 9 Zutaten.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Schritt 1:<\/strong> Die S\u00fc\u00dfkartoffel im Ofen backen oder in Wasser kochen, bis sie weich ist. Die S\u00fc\u00dfkartoffel danach vollst\u00e4ndig abk\u00fchlen lassen und grob mit einem Kartoffelstampfer stampfen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Schritt 2: <\/strong>Alle Kuchenboden-Zutaten in einer K\u00fcchenmaschine (Zerkleinerer) mixen, bis die Mischung zusammenklebt, wenn du sie mit deinen Fingern zusammendr\u00fcckst.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Schritt 3: <\/strong>Den Teig in die Kuchenform dr\u00fccken und ebenfalls einen Rand an den Seiten nach oben ziehen (siehe n\u00e4chstes Foto). Die Form dann beiseitestellen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Schritt 4: <\/strong>Alle Creme-Zutaten in einer K\u00fcchenmaschine oder einem Mixer p\u00fcrieren, bis die Mischung seidig, glatt und cremig ist.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Schritt 5: <\/strong>Die Creme auf den Kuchenboden l\u00f6ffeln und mit einem Teigschaber gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig verteilen. Die Form \u00fcber Nacht in den K\u00fchlschrank stellen. Du kannst die Tarte auch einfrieren, bis die Creme fest ist.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Die Schokoladenschicht oben ist optional und kann weggelassen werden. F\u00fclle die Creme einfach in kleine Auflauf-F\u00f6rmchen oder in Silikon-Muffinf\u00f6rmchen!<\/li>\n<li>Anstelle von S\u00fc\u00dfkartoffeln kannst du auch <strong>normale gekochte Kartoffeln<\/strong> verwenden (kein Scherz).
