Wenn es aber machbar ist, warum sollte man Dinge dann verkomplizieren? Wenn du es jedoch nicht zu s\u00fc\u00df magst, kannst du nat\u00fcrlich auch unges\u00fc\u00dften Puffreis (oder gepufftes Quinoa) verwenden.<\/p>\n<p>Anstelle von <strong>Ahornsirup<\/strong> kannst du auch braunen Reissirup, Yukon-Sirup, Maissirup oder Agavensirup verwenden.<\/p>\n<p>Ich liebe es, <strong>st\u00fcckige Erdnussbutter<\/strong> zu benutzen, die nur aus ERDN\u00dcSSEN besteht! Ich denke wirklich, dass dies die ges\u00fcndeste Version ist, da kein Zucker und kein Palm\u00f6l hinzugef\u00fcgt wird. Da ich den Geschmack von gesalzenem Karamell mag, f\u00fcge ich gerne immer eine Prise Meersalz hinzu. Wenn dein Erdnussmus bereits <strong>Salz<\/strong> enth\u00e4lt, dann lass das Salz einfach weg.<\/p>\n<p>Wenn du allergisch auf Erdn\u00fcsse reagierst, kannst du auch jedes andere Nussmus deiner Wahl verwenden, z. B. <strong>Mandelmus<\/strong> oder <strong>Cashewmus<\/strong>. F\u00fcr eine nussfreie Version w\u00fcrde ich <strong>Sonnenblumenmus<\/strong> empfehlen!<\/p>\n<p>Ich verwende am liebsten <strong>dunkle Schokolade<\/strong> mit einem hohen Kakaogehalt (mind. 60%), da diese weniger s\u00fc\u00df ist. Dies ist ein sehr einfaches Dessert was nicht gebacken werden muss! #puffreis #erdnussbutterriegel #veganesdessert | elavegan.com\/de\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Erdnussbutter-Puffreis-Schokolade (Nippon) selber machen &#8211; so geht&#8217;s<\/h2>\n<p>Das Rezept ist wirklich <strong>sehr einfach<\/strong> und es werden keinerlei K\u00fcchenmaschinen ben\u00f6tigt.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Als Erstes eine Form (ca. 15-18 cm Innendurchmesser) mit Backpapier auslegen.<\/li>\n<li>Das fl\u00fcssige S\u00fc\u00dfungsmittel, Erdnussbutter, Salz und Vanilleextrakt in einer Sch\u00fcssel verr\u00fchren.<\/li>\n<li>Puffreis in die Sch\u00fcssel dazugeben und umr\u00fchren, bis der Puffreis vollst\u00e4ndig von der Erdnussbutter-Mixtur \u00fcberzogen ist.<\/li>\n<li>Die Mischung in die Form geben und mit einem Spatel (oder der R\u00fcckseite eines Glases) fest andr\u00fccken.<\/li>\n<li>Ich habe eine zus\u00e4tzliche Schicht Erdnussmus obendrauf gemacht, um die Riegel noch k\u00f6stlicher (und saftiger) zu machen, aber dieser Schritt ist optional.<\/li>\n<li>Die Schokolade in einem Wasserbad oder in der Mikrowelle schmelzen und \u00fcber die Mischung gie\u00dfen und glattstreichen.<\/li>\n<li>Die Form zum Festwerden f\u00fcr etwa eine Stunde in den K\u00fchlschrank stellen. Sie schmecken am besten an Tag 1-3.
