Diese <strong>vegane Thai Curry Kokos Suppe<\/strong> ist eigentlich eine Kombination aus beidem. Sie ist zwar leicht scharf, jedoch verleiht die Kokosmilch der Suppe ein wenig S\u00fc\u00dfe und Cremigkeit.<\/p>\n<p>Vielleicht warst du schon einmal in Thailand und hast dort eine Tom Kha Gai Suppe probiert. Meine vegane Thai Suppe ist zwar nicht wirklich gleich, jedoch erinnert sie ein wenig an diese thail\u00e4ndische Suppe.<\/p>\n<p>Ich habe kein Galangal und Zitronengras verwendet (was typisch ist f\u00fcr Tom Kha Gai) und nat\u00fcrlich habe ich auch die Fischsauce und das H\u00e4hnchenfleisch weggelassen.<\/p>\n<p>In meiner Suppe befinden sich jedoch Reisnudeln und leckere Thai-Curry-Paste. Du solltest alle Zutaten vorbereitet haben, bevor du mit dem Kochen beginnst.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Schneide zuerst das Gem\u00fcse<\/strong> und messe die anderen Zutaten ab.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Zwiebel, Knoblauch und Ingwer anbraten<\/strong>.
