An zwei Seiten einen \u00dcberstand lassen, damit sich der Kuchen leichter herausnehmen l\u00e4sst.<\/li>\n<li>Dann die trockenen Zutaten in eine gro\u00dfe R\u00fchrsch\u00fcssel geben und vermischen.<\/li>\n<li>Die feuchten Zutaten hinzugeben und mit dem Schneebesen verr\u00fchren.<\/li>\n<li>Den Teig in die Form gie\u00dfen und 25 Minuten backen, oder bis ein Zahnstocher in der Mitte des Kuchens sauber herauskommt (ein paar Kr\u00fcmel sind in Ordnung).<\/li>\n<li>Den Kuchen auf einem Gitterrost vollst\u00e4ndig abk\u00fchlen lassen. In der Zwischenzeit die Zitronenglasur zubereiten, indem alle Zutaten in einer kleinen Sch\u00fcssel gut verr\u00fchrt werden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Wenn die Glasur zu fl\u00fcssig ist, etwas mehr Puderzucker hinzuf\u00fcgen. Bei Raumtemperatur 30 Minuten ruhen lassen, bevor die Backtriebmittel hinzugef\u00fcgt und mit dem Rezept fortgefahren wird.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aufbewahren:<\/strong> Dieser glutenfreie Zitronenkuchen kann abgedeckt bis zu 5 Tage im K\u00fchlschrank aufbewahrt werden.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Einfrieren:<\/strong> Am besten den Kuchen ohne den Zuckerguss einfrieren. Die Kuchenst\u00fccke auf einem Tablett ausbreiten (sie sollten sich nicht ber\u00fchren) und einfrieren, bis sie fest sind. Bei Muffins z. B. sollte nach 15 Minuten nachgeschaut werden. Ein Kastenkuchen ben\u00f6tigt 40+ Minuten. Mit einem Zahnstocher oder Spie\u00df in die dickste Stelle des Kuchens stechen. Die Glasur sollte fl\u00fcssig sein, aber nicht zu d\u00fcnn. Wenn sie zu d\u00fcnn ist, einfach etwas mehr Erythrit\/Puderzucker hinzugeben (du ben\u00f6tigst weniger Milch, wenn du normalen Puderzucker nimmst!). Wenn sie zu dick ist, etwas mehr Zitronensaft oder Pflanzenmilch dazugeben.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-4612-step-0-6\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Die Glasur auf den abgek\u00fchlten Zitronenkuchen gie\u00dfen und glattstreichen. Den Kuchen f\u00fcr ca. 20-30 Minuten in den K\u00fchlschrank stellen. Die Glasur wird ziemlich schnell fest, wenn du pulverisiertes Erythrit verwendest (was ich auch getan habe).<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-4612-step-0-7\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Kuchen in St\u00fccke schneiden und genie\u00dfen! Wenn du Kokos nicht magst, kannst du jede beliebige Pflanzenmilch verwenden und zus\u00e4tzlich mind. 2 EL \u00d6l hinzuf\u00fcgen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>S\u00fc\u00dfungsmittel:<\/strong> Statt Ahornsirup kannst du auch Agavendicksaft, Reissirup usw.) verwenden.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Aquafaba<\/strong> (auch Kichererbsensole genannt) ist die Fl\u00fcssigkeit, die sich in einer Dose Kichererbsen befindet.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Glasur:<\/strong> Ich habe Erythrit verwendet, welches ich in einer elektrischen Kaffee-\/Gew\u00fcrzm\u00fchle zu Pulver zerkleinert habe.
