Ich liebe alle Arten von Riegeln wie Brownies oder Blondies. Da dachte ich mir, eine Kombination aus Beidem k\u00f6nnte unglaublich lecker sein. Das Rezept ist vegan und kann auch glutenfrei zubereitet werden. #veganeriegel #proteinriegel #schokoriegel #eiwei\u00dfriegel #veganesdessert | elavegan.com\/de\" \/><\/h2>\n<h2>Proteinriegel Rezept mit nur 6 Zutaten<\/h2>\n<p>Dieses Rezept ist wirklich einfach und enth\u00e4lt nur die folgenden <strong>6 Zutaten<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Veganes Proteinpulver<\/li>\n<li>Nussmus oder Kernmus nach Wahl<\/li>\n<li>Fl\u00fcssiges S\u00fc\u00dfungsmittel deiner Wahl<\/li>\n<li>Banane<\/li>\n<li>Milchfreie Schokodrops<\/li>\n<li>Kokos\u00f6l<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ich habe ein <strong>Proteinpulver mit Vanillegeschmack<\/strong> verwendet, welches bereits ges\u00fc\u00dft ist. Deshalb habe ich nur 3 EL (60 Gramm) S\u00fc\u00dfungsmittel hinzugef\u00fcgt. Wenn dein Proteinpulver nicht ges\u00fc\u00dft ist, w\u00fcrde ich empfehlen, dass du etwa 70 Gramm S\u00fc\u00dfungsmittel verwendest.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nussmus<\/strong>: Ich habe Cashewmus verwendet, aber du kannst auch Mandelmus, Erdnussmus, Kokosmus, Sonnenblumenkernmus und sogar Tahini verwenden, wenn dich der leicht bitteren Geschmack von Tahini nicht st\u00f6rt.<\/p>\n<p>Fl\u00fcssiges <strong>S\u00fc\u00dfungsmittel<\/strong>: Ich habe <strong>Ahornsirup<\/strong> benutzt, aber du kannst auch Agavensirup, Reismalzsirup, Yukonsirup oder ein anderes fl\u00fcssiges S\u00fc\u00dfungsmittel verwenden.<\/p>\n<p>Ich habe auch eine halbe <strong>Banane<\/strong> genommen, die als Bindemittel dient und den Teig zusammenh\u00e4lt. <strong>Apfelmus<\/strong> k\u00f6nnte auch funktionieren (ich habe es aber nicht probiert) oder zwei <strong>Leinsameneier<\/strong> (2 EL gemahlene Leinsamen gemischt mit 5 EL hei\u00dfem Wasser).<\/p>\n<p>Du kannst milchfreie <strong>Schokoladenchips<\/strong> oder jede dunkle <strong>Schokolade<\/strong> deiner Wahl verwenden.<\/p>\n<h2><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-7115 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/spreading-chocolate-on-dough-in-a-pan-with-a-spoon.jpg\" alt=\"Geschmolzene Schokolade wird auf Protein-Kuchenboden mit L\u00f6ffel verteilt\" width=\"768\" height=\"947\" data-pin-description=\"Dieses Proteinriegel Rezept mit Schokolade enth\u00e4lt nur 6 Zutaten und ist sehr einfach zu machen! Ich empfehle dir eine <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/2Kd7zD6\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">K\u00fcchenmaschine (Zerkleinerer)<\/a> zu verwenden, da dieses Rezept damit besser klappt als mit einem Mixer. Die Zubereitung ist sehr einfach und unkompliziert:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mixe alle Zutaten f\u00fcr den Proteinboden in einem Zerkleinerer.<\/li>\n<li>Schmelze die milchfreie Schokolade mit dem Kokos\u00f6l in einem Wasserbad oder in der Mikrowelle.<\/li>\n<li>Gie\u00dfe die geschmolzene Schokolade auf den Proteinboden und stellen die Form zum Festwerden in den Gefrierschrank.<\/li>\n<li>Schneide den &#8222;Kuchen&#8220; in Riegel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-7116 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/easy-candy-bars-with-blondie-layer.jpg\" alt=\"Gesunde vegane Eiwei\u00dfriegel mit Schokolade auf einem Teller\" width=\"768\" height=\"923\" data-pin-description=\"Dieses Proteinriegel Rezept mit Schokolade enth\u00e4lt nur 6 Zutaten und ist sehr einfach zu machen!
