Wei\u00dfe Bohnen eignen sich ebenfalls.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Nussmus:<\/strong> Jedes Nussmus wie z. B. Mandelmus, Erdnussmus, Cashewmus kann verwendet werden. Nimm Sonnenblumenkernmus oder Kokosmus f\u00fcr ein nussfreies Rezept. Tahin ist ebenfalls geeignet, wenn dich der leicht bittere Geschmack nicht st\u00f6rt.<\/li>\n<li><strong>S\u00fc\u00dfungsmittel:<\/strong> Verwende normalen Bio-Zucker, braunen Zucker, Kokosbl\u00fctenzucker oder Erythrit (zuckerfrei). Du kannst k\u00f6rnigen Zucker benutzen oder ihn vorher in einem Mixer oder einer Kaffee-\/Gew\u00fcrzm\u00fchle mahlen, ganz wie du willst.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Meersalz:<\/strong> Dadurch werden die Aromen im Chocolate-Chip-Teig verst\u00e4rkt.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Natron:<\/strong> Nur eine winzige Prise sorgt f\u00fcr einen zus\u00e4tzlichen Keksteig-Geschmack.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Kokosmehl:<\/strong> Ich verwende gerne Kokosmehl f\u00fcr diesen Pl\u00e4tzchenteig. Fein gemahlene Mandeln (oder Mandelmehl) w\u00fcrde auch funktionieren, aber du wirst wahrscheinlich etwas mehr brauchen, da Kokosmehl extrem saugf\u00e4hig ist. Wenn du jedoch Weizenmehl verwenden willst, solltest du es vorher erhitzen.<\/p>\n<p>Verteile es auf einem Backblech und backe es im vorgeheizten Ofen 8-10 Minuten lang bei 180 Grad Celsius, wobei du alle 2 Minuten umr\u00fchrst.<\/p>\n<p>Anschlie\u00dfend vollst\u00e4ndig abk\u00fchlen lassen, bevor du den Keksteig zubereitest.<\/p>\n<h3>Schmeckt Kichererbsen-Cookie-Dough wie echter Keksteig?<\/h3>\n<p>Ich behaupte nicht, dass das Ergebnis identisch ist wie bei einem Cookie Dough Rezept mit Eiern, raffiniertem Zucker, Mehl und Butter. Aber es schmeckt trotzdem lecker und ist daf\u00fcr VIEL ges\u00fcnder!<\/p>\n<h3>Kann ich den essbaren Keksteig backen?<\/h3>\n<p>Ja, man kann diesen essbaren Cookie Dough auch zum Backen von Keksen verwenden! Hierf\u00fcr den Teig zu Keksen formen und ca. 12 Minuten bei 175 C backen.
