Neben meinem veganen <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/erdbeer-streuselkuchen-vegan-glutenfrei\/\"><strong>Erdbeer-Streuselkuchen<\/strong><\/a>, ist dieser Erdbeer-Puddingkuchen einer meiner liebsten Sommerkuchen! Dieser leckere Erdbeerkuchen vom Blech besteht aus einem lockeren (glutenfreien) Kuchenboden, einer cremigen Puddingschicht und einem fruchtigen Erdbeer-Topping mit einer optionalen Glasur.<\/p>\n<p>Das Rezept k\u00f6nnte wahrscheinlich nicht einfacher in der Zubereitung sein und besteht aus g\u00e4ngigen Zutaten. Der Erdbeerkuchen ist zudem ges\u00fcnder als die meisten Blechkuchen-Rezepte und liegt nicht schwer im Magen. Der Erdbeerkuchen ist ohne Ei, glutenfrei, enth\u00e4lt keinen raffinierten Zucker und wird mit einfachen Zutaten zubereitet. #veganererdbeerkuchen #erdbeerkuchen #blechkuchen #puddingkuchen #veganerkuchen | elavegan.com\/de\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Die Zutaten<\/h2>\n<h3>Veganer Kuchenboden<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Trockene Zutaten<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Hafermehl:<\/strong> Um dein eigenes Hafermehl herzustellen, kannst du einfach Haferflocken (normale oder glutenfreie) in einem Mixer oder in einer elektrischen Kaffee-\/Gew\u00fcrzm\u00fchle mixen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>S\u00fc\u00dfungsmittel:<\/strong> Du kannst normalen Zucker, Erythrit, Birkenzucker usw. verwenden.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Reismehl:<\/strong> Ich habe wei\u00dfes Reismehl benutzt. Wahrscheinlich klappt auch normales Mehl oder Dinkelmehl (wenn der Kuchen nicht glutenfrei sein muss).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Backpulver und Natron:<\/strong> Sorgt daf\u00fcr, dass der R\u00fchrkuchen locker wird und etwas aufgeht.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Salz<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Feuchte Zutaten<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Pflanzliche Milch:<\/strong> In diesem Rezept kann jede Pflanzenmilch benutzt werden. Ich bevorzuge Kokosmilch aus der Dose (light Version), aber Mandelmilch, Cashewmilch usw. sollten auch gut funktionieren.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Banane:<\/strong> Anstelle der halben Banane k\u00f6nntest du h\u00f6chstwahrscheinlich auch 60 g Apfelmus verwenden.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pflanzliches \u00d6l:<\/strong> Du k\u00f6nntest stattdessen auch Nussmus\/Kernmus nehmen, um das Rezept \u00f6lfrei zu machen. Ich w\u00fcrde vorschlagen, 60 g Nussmus (z. B. Er schmeckt zwar auch noch an den darauffolgenden Tagen sehr lecker (du kannst ihn <strong>bis zu 5 Tage im K\u00fchlschrank lagern<\/strong>), aber die Puddingschicht sieht am n\u00e4chsten Tag nicht mehr sehr sch\u00f6n aus!
