Aus diesem Grund musste ich nat\u00fcrlich eine gesunde vegane Tortilla-Suppe mit selbstgemachten Tortillachips bzw. Tortillastreifen zubereiten! Das Highlight sind die knusprigen, selbstgemachten Tortillachips, die einem das Wasser im Mund zusammenlaufen lassen! #tortillasuppe #veganesuppe #suppenrezept | elavegan.com\/de\" \/><\/h2>\n<h2>Wie macht man eine vegane Tortilla-Suppe?<\/h2>\n<p>Du kannst diese vegane Tortilla-Suppe <strong>in einem Topf auf dem Herd<\/strong> zubereiten.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Zuerst Zwiebel, Knoblauch, Jalape\u00f1o hacken und alles in einem gro\u00dfen Topf bei mittlerer Hitze anbraten.<\/li>\n<li>Als n\u00e4chstes die gew\u00fcrfelten Tomaten, Tomatenmark, alle Gew\u00fcrze, die Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche und die Pflanzenmilch hinzuf\u00fcgen. 15-20 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen.<\/li>\n<li>Die Suppe mit einem Stabmixer mixen oder in einen Mixer umf\u00fcllen (den Beh\u00e4lter nicht \u00fcberf\u00fcllen und darauf achten, sich beim Mixen nicht zu verbrennen).<\/li>\n<li>Suppe in Schalen f\u00fcllen und Bohnen, Mais usw dazugeben. Die selbstgemachten Tortillastreifen oder gekaufte Tortillachips obendrauf verteilen und genie\u00dfen!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Eine andere M\u00f6glichkeit w\u00e4re, das Rezept in einem <strong>Schongarer<\/strong> zuzubereiten. Sie enth\u00e4lt normalerweise Zutaten wie <strong>Zwiebeln, Knoblauch, Chili, Tomaten, schwarze Bohnen und Mais<\/strong>. Die Suppe wird mit knusprigen gebratenen Tortillastreifen, Avocado, saurer Sahne und manchmal K\u00e4se serviert.<\/p>\n<p>Die Zutaten f\u00fcr mein Rezept sind <strong>einfach<\/strong> und in den meisten Gesch\u00e4ften leicht erh\u00e4ltlich. Das Highlight sind die knusprigen, selbstgemachten Tortillachips, die einem das Wasser im Mund zusammenlaufen lassen! #tortillasuppe #veganesuppe #suppenrezept | elavegan.com\/de\" \/><\/h2>\n<h3>Was passt zur Tortilla-Suppe?<\/h3>\n<p>Manchmal serviere ich die Suppe mit <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/kurkuma-reis-rezept\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Kurkuma-Reis<\/strong><\/a> oder mache Wraps mit meinen <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/tortillas-rezept-glutenfrei\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>selbstgemachten Tortillas<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Du kannst die Tortillasuppe auch mit angebratenen Tortillas oder Brot servieren.<\/p>\n<p>Ich verwende hierf\u00fcr meinen Gasherd und die einfachste Methode ist diese: Einfach eine Tortilla <strong>direkt auf die Flamme<\/strong> legen (niedrigste Stufe) und nach 15-20 Sekunden mit einer K\u00fcchenzange umdrehen. Tortillastreifen<\/strong> zu machen. Du brauchst nur ein paar Zutaten und einen Ofen oder eine Pfanne! Es ist am besten, <strong>Maistortillas<\/strong> und nicht Weizentortillas zu verwenden.<\/p>\n<p>Die Gew\u00fcrze in einer kleinen Sch\u00fcssel mischen und die Tortillas damit <strong>bestreichen<\/strong> (von beiden Seiten). In Streifen schneiden, auf einem Backblech verteilen und <strong>8-10 Minuten<\/strong>, oder bis sie goldbraun und knusprig sind, im Ofen backen.<\/p>\n<p>Du kannst die Tortillastreifen auch in einer Pfanne braten, aber daf\u00fcr brauchst du viel mehr \u00d6l! Bedecke den Boden einer Pfanne einfach mit \u00d6l und erhitze sie. Gib die Tortilla-Streifen in einer einzigen Schicht (nicht \u00fcberlappend) in die Pfanne.
