D.h. Fusilli, Rotini, Farfalle, Penne, Ellenbogen-Makkaroni, Cavatappi, usw. Bei Bedarf glutenfreie Nudeln verwenden.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gem\u00fcse:<\/strong> Ich verwende eine recht einfache Auswahl an Gem\u00fcse, darunter:\n<ul>\n<li>Gurken (am besten sind englische\/persische Gurken mit wenigen Kernen)<\/li>\n<li>Paprika (ich habe gr\u00fcne Paprika verwendet, aber es geht auch jede andere &#8211; roh oder ger\u00f6stet)<\/li>\n<li>Zwiebel (wei\u00dfe oder rote Zwiebel, f\u00fcr einen kr\u00e4ftigen Geschmack)<\/li>\n<li>Kirschtomaten (oder gro\u00dfe Tomaten, gew\u00fcrfelt)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Dillgurken:<\/strong> Ich liebe es, wie der s\u00fc\u00dfe, w\u00fcrzige Geschmack der Essiggurken die Sch\u00e4rfe des Dressings erg\u00e4nzt und dem kalorienarmen Nudelsalat etwas S\u00fc\u00dfe verleiht.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Oliven:<\/strong> (Optional) F\u00fcr einen salzigen, w\u00fcrzigen Geschmack.
