Man k\u00f6nnte die folgenden drei leckeren Rezepte sogar als gesundes Fastfood bezeichnen, da sie im Handumdrehen zubereitet werden k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p>Hier zeige ich dir drei gesunde Fr\u00fchst\u00fccksideen, die vegan und lecker sind. Du kannst diese Toasts selbstverst\u00e4ndlich auch am Nachmittag als Snack genie\u00dfen oder ebenfalls als Abendbrot essen. Die folgenden drei Rezepte zeigen, wie lecker und zudem vielseitig Toastbrote sein k\u00f6nnen. Schlie\u00dflich muss ein Toast nicht langweilig schmecken, es kommt nur darauf an, womit man die Toastbrote belegt.<\/p>\n<p>Falls du zus\u00e4tzlich noch ein paar weitere Fr\u00fchst\u00fccksideen m\u00f6chtest, dann schau auch gerne bei diesen <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/schoko-pfannkuchen-karamell-vegan\/\"><strong>Schoko-Bananen-Pfannkuchen<\/strong><\/a>, diesen <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/vegane-waffeln-rezept-glutenfrei\/\"><strong>veganen Waffeln ohne Zucker<\/strong><\/a> oder diesen <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/herzhafte-crepes\/\"><strong>herzhaften Cr\u00eapes<\/strong><\/a> vorbei.<\/p>\n<h3>1. Toast mit Avocado, Senf und Schwarzk\u00fcmmelsamen<\/h3>\n<p>Zuerst habe ich einen Toast mit Avocadoscheiben, Senf, Limettensaft und Schwarzk\u00fcmmel\u00f6lsamen belegt. Avocados enthalten nicht nur gesunde Fette, sie schmecken zudem unheimlich lecker. Meiner Meinung nach schmecken sie am besten, wenn man sie mit Limetten- oder Zitronensaft betr\u00e4ufelt. Du kannst ebenfalls selbstverst\u00e4ndlich Sesamsamen oder N\u00fcsse obendrauf streuen.<\/p>\n<p>Mein Geheimtipp sind jedoch die Schwarzk\u00fcmmelsamen (Nigella Sativa) welche in \u00c4gypten sehr popul\u00e4r sind. Diese kleinen schwarzen Samen enthalten sehr viele <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zentrum-der-gesundheit.de\/ernaehrung\/lebensmittel\/gewuerze\/schwarzkuemmel\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">gesunde Inhaltsstoffe<\/a> und werden \u00fcberdies oft als Wundersamen bezeichnet. Sie haben au\u00dferdem einen sehr interessanten und intensiven Geschmack.<\/p>\n<h3>2. Toast mit Tofu und Tomatenscheiben<\/h3>\n<p>Als N\u00e4chstes habe ich einen Toast mit angebratenem Tofu, Tomatenscheiben, Senf und Sojaso\u00dfe belegt. Schneide ein St\u00fcck Tofu in d\u00fcnne Scheiben und brate sie mit beispielsweise ein klein wenig Kokos\u00f6l in der Pfanne an. Gib noch einen Schuss Sojaso\u00dfe hinzu und w\u00fcrze mit etwas Pfeffer. Belege deine Toastbrote mit dem Tofu, etwas Senf und einigen Tomatenscheiben, ich verwende zudem sehr gerne s\u00fc\u00dfe Kirschtomaten.<\/p>\n<h3>3. Toast mit einer selbst hergestellter Schokocreme<\/h3>\n<p>Gesunde Fr\u00fchst\u00fccksideen k\u00f6nnen nat\u00fcrlich auch s\u00fc\u00df sein! Und da s\u00fc\u00dfe Toastbrote auch ganz fantastisch schmecken, gab es selbstverst\u00e4ndlich auch einen Toast mit einem Schokoaufstrich. Die Schokocreme habe ich selbst gemacht, sie l\u00e4sst sich in wenigen Minuten ganz einfach zuzubereiten. Ich bin mir sicher, dass du sie genauso lieben wirst, denn sie schmeckt schokoladig, cremig und super lecker und das, obwohl sie kaum Fett enth\u00e4lt.<\/p>\n<p>Das genaue Rezept findest du weiter unten in der ausdruckbaren Rezeptkarte. Am liebsten belege ich den Schokotoast mit Bananenscheiben.
