Einmal handelt es sich um <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/crepes-vegan-glutenfrei-mit-schokolade\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">helle Crepes mit einer Schokoladenf\u00fcllung<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Und das zweite Rezept sind <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/apfel-crepes-rezept-vegan-glutenfrei\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Crepes mit einer Apfelf\u00fcllung<\/a>. Bei beiden Rezepten habe ich unterschiedliche glutenfreie Mehlmischungen verwendet, beide basieren jedoch auf Hafermehl (gemahlene Haferflocken).<\/p>\n<p>Diesmal habe ich <strong>Buchweizenmehl mit etwas Tapiokamehl<\/strong> verwendet. Je nachdem, wie dick der Teig ist, ben\u00f6tigst du m\u00f6glicherweise weniger oder mehr Pflanzenmilch. Die Kombination passt einfach super zusammen und schmeckt immer! Selbstverst\u00e4ndlich kannst du diese Schokoladen-Crepes aber auch anders f\u00fcllen.<\/p>\n<p>Eine weitere Idee w\u00e4re sie mit Erdnussbutter und Marmelade zu f\u00fcllen. Oder wie w\u00e4re es mit geschlagener veganer Sahne und Erdbeeren oder anderen Fr\u00fcchten? Ich w\u00fcrde empfehlen sie nach dem Braten vollst\u00e4ndig abk\u00fchlen zu lassen und dann einzeln in Gefrierbeutel zu packen und einzufrieren. Zuerst musst du den Teig vorbereiten und dann einfach die Schoko-Crepes nacheinander in einer Pfanne backen. In der Zwischenzeit kannst du die F\u00fcllung vorbereiten. Ich w\u00fcrde empfehlen, zwei Pfannen gleichzeitig zu verwenden, da dies viel Zeit spart!<\/p>\n<p>Wenn du Pfannkuchen bevorzugest, verwende einfach weniger Milch.
