Die Zubereitung ist recht einfach und die <strong>Fotos der Anleitungsschritte<\/strong> siehst du weiter unten.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Eine gro\u00dfe Karotte der L\u00e4nge nach in Streifen schneiden und bei mittlerer Hitze in einer Pfanne braten.<\/li>\n<li>W\u00e4hrenddessen eine Zwiebel in einer anderen Pfanne anbraten.<\/li>\n<li>Alle Gew\u00fcrze und Spinat hinzugeben.<\/li>\n<li>4 Scheiben Sandwichbrot von beiden Seiten mit etwas \u00d6l betr\u00e4ufeln. Bei mittlerer Hitze in einer Pfanne oder auf dem Grill 2-3 Minuten (oder bis das Brot goldbraun ist) braten\/grillen.
