Heute habe ich die perfekte vegane Beilage f\u00fcr dich. Sie schmecken am besten mit veganem Kartoffelsalat. #veganessteak #portobellopilze #gegrilltepilze #riesenchampignons #vegangrillen | elavegan.com\/de\" \/><\/h2>\n<h2>Gegrillte Portobello-Pilze &#8211; Schritt-f\u00fcr-Schritt<\/h2>\n<p>Die Zubereitung ist sehr einfach und die Fotos der Anleitungsschritte siehst du weiter unten.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Zuerst die Pilzst\u00e4ngel entfernen.<\/li>\n<li>Portobello-Pilze sauber wischen (ich habe einen Pinsel verwendet).<\/li>\n<li>Knoblauch, Sojasauce, Balsamico-Essig, \u00d6l und alle Gew\u00fcrze in eine Auflaufform geben.<\/li>\n<li>Mit einem L\u00f6ffel oder Schneebesen alles verr\u00fchren.<\/li>\n<li>Portobello-Pilze dazugeben.<\/li>\n<li>Allseitig mit Marinade bestreichen.<\/li>\n<li>F\u00fcr mindestens 10-15 Minuten (oder l\u00e4nger) marinieren.<\/li>\n<li>Auf dem Grill oder in einer Pfanne auf dem Herd 5 Minuten lang (auf jeder Seite) braten.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-24052 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/8-step-by-step-pics-how-to-make-mushroom-steaks.jpg\" alt=\"8 step-by-step pics how to make mushroom steaks\" width=\"768\" height=\"1711\" data-pin-description=\"Gegrillte Portobello-Pilze, die herzhaft, w\u00fcrzig und perfekt f\u00fcr die Grillsaison sind! Die Hauptzutat sind nat\u00fcrlich Portobello-Pilze. Meine waren nicht wirklich sch\u00f6n geformt, aber lecker waren sie trotzdem!<\/p>\n<p>Ich habe eine Mischung aus natriumarmer, glutenfreier <strong>Sojasauce<\/strong> (du kannst <strong>Tamari<\/strong> oder normale Sojasauce nehmen), <strong>Balsamico-Essig<\/strong> und einer <strong>Gew\u00fcrzmischung<\/strong> verwendet. Wenn du kein Fan von Kreuzk\u00fcmmel bist, dann lasse ihn einfach weg. Liebst du ger\u00e4uchertes Paprikapulver? Verwende gerne mehr davon. Liebst du scharfes Essen? Benutze etwas Chilipulver!<\/p>\n<p>Anstelle von frischem <strong>Knoblauch,<\/strong> kannst du auch Knoblauchpulver verwenden. Beides funktioniert gut! Frische Kr\u00e4uter wie Thymian oder Rosmarin sind auch eine sch\u00f6ne Erg\u00e4nzung. Eine andere M\u00f6glichkeit w\u00e4re, sie im Ofen zu backen. Ich w\u00fcrde 25 Minuten bei 200 Grad Celsius vorschlagen. Ich finde, es ist wirklich die beste Beilage, aber du kannst nat\u00fcrlich auch eine andere Speise verwenden. Eine weitere Idee w\u00e4ren <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/kartoffelspalten-aus-dem-ofen-guacamole\/\" rel=\"noopener\">gebackene Kartoffelspalten mit Guacamole<\/a><\/strong>! Oder wie w\u00e4re es mit <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/glutenfreie-gnocchi-selbstgemacht\/\" rel=\"noopener\">selbstgemachten Gnocchi<\/a><\/strong>?<\/p>\n<p>Die M\u00f6glichkeiten sind endlos.
