Dann kreisf\u00f6rmig auf dem Boden der Springform\/Kuchenform \u00fcberlappend anordnen. Mit einem Essl\u00f6ffel Zucker und Ahornsirup betr\u00e4ufeln.<\/li>\n<li>Die trockenen Zutaten abwiegen und in eine gro\u00dfe Sch\u00fcssel geben. Mit einem Schneebesen umr\u00fchren.<\/li>\n<li>Die Banane zerdr\u00fccken (oder Apfelmus verwenden) und mit den feuchten Zutaten mixen. Die Hauptzutaten sind Haferflocken (Hafermehl) und gemahlene N\u00fcsse. Du kannst beliebige N\u00fcsse verwenden, z.B. gemahlene Mandeln, Haseln\u00fcsse usw. Bitte verwende kein normales Mehl anstelle der N\u00fcsse.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gemahlene Kokosraspeln<\/strong> k\u00f6nnen jedoch anstelle von gemahlenen N\u00fcssen verwendet werden. Bitte kein Kokosmehl verwenden, denn es ist f\u00fcr dieses Rezept nicht geeignet.<\/p>\n<p>Um den Kuchen <strong>getreidefrei<\/strong> zu machen, k\u00f6nntest du mit Buchweizenmehl oder Hirsemehl (anstelle von Hafermehl) experimentieren. Ich habe es nicht selbst ausprobiert, aber es sollte funktionieren. Wenn du es ausprobierst, dann hinterlasse mir doch bitte unten einen Kommentar.<\/p>\n<p>In diesem Rezept kann jede pflanzliche Milch verwendet werden. Ich bevorzuge <strong>Kokosmilch aus der Dose<\/strong>, aber Mandelmilch, Cashewmilch usw. sollten auch gut funktionieren. Du kannst selbstverst\u00e4ndlich auch andere Fr\u00fcchte anstelle von Pflaumen verwenden.
