Neben leckerer <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/gemuesesosse-nudelsosse\/\"><strong>Gem\u00fcseso\u00dfe<\/strong><\/a>, cremiger <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/alfredo-sosse-gesund-vegan-glutenfrei\/\"><strong>Blumenkohl-Alfredo-So\u00dfe<\/strong><\/a> und geschmackvoller <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/soja-geschnetzeltes\/\"><strong>Pilzso\u00dfe<\/strong><\/a>, gesellt sich nun auch diese s\u00e4mige Paprikaso\u00dfe, aus ger\u00f6steten roten Paprikaschoten, zu meiner Sammlung!<\/p>\n<p>Diese Roasted Red Pepper Pasta vereint ger\u00f6stete rote Paprika, Zwiebel, Knoblauch, cremiges Cashewmus (nussfreie Optionen sind ebenfalls vorhanden), pflanzliche Milch, R\u00e4ucherpaprika, rote Chiliflocken und verschiedene andere Gew\u00fcrze. Das Ergebnis ist herzhaft, rauchig, cremig (ohne jegliche Milchprodukte!), ein wenig s\u00fc\u00df, sogar leicht pikant &#8211; ach ja, und absolut wohltuend, geschmackvoll und s\u00e4ttigend, ohne beschwerend zu sein.<\/p>\n<p>Das Beste daran ist, dass die Zubereitung wirklich einfach ist und mit gebr\u00e4uchlichen Zutaten aus der Vorratskammer, in nur wenigen Schritten und ohne gro\u00dfen Aufwand erfolgt. Dieses Abendessen kann in etwa 30 Minuten auf den Tisch gezaubert werden und wird alle Familienmitglieder (auch Kinder!) begeistern. Die Paprikasauce ist perfekt, um sofort verzehrt zu werden, um sie f\u00fcr sp\u00e4ter vorzubereiten und sogar zum einzufrieren geeignet. D.h. Cashewmilch, Sojamilch, Hafermilch, Mandelmilch, usw. Verwende Kokosmilch aus der Dose, f\u00fcr zus\u00e4tzliche Cremigkeit.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cashewmus:<\/strong> Es sorgt f\u00fcr eine reichhaltige und cremige Sauce. F\u00fcr eine nussfreie Version k\u00f6nnen auch Sonnenblumenkernmus oder Tahin verwendet werden (letzteres ist allerdings leicht bitter). Als Alternative kann auch <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/cashew-creme\/\"><strong>Cashewcreme<\/strong><\/a> genommen werden (aus etwa 40 g eingeweichten Cashews).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Hefeflocken:<\/strong> (optional) Diese beliebte pflanzliche Zutat enth\u00e4lt viel Umami und einen nussigen, k\u00e4sigen Geschmack, welcher der Paprikaso\u00dfe Tiefe verleiht und den herk\u00f6mmlichen Parmesank\u00e4se ersetzen kann.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gew\u00fcrze:<\/strong> Eine einfache, aber k\u00f6stliche Kombination aus Meersalz, schwarzem Pfeffer, normalem und ger\u00e4uchertem Paprikapulver, Zwiebelpulver, Oregano und roten Chiliflocken (je nach Geschmack), ergibt diese geschmacksintensive Nudelso\u00dfe aus ger\u00f6steten roten Paprikaschoten.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Speisest\u00e4rke:<\/strong> Zum Andicken der Paprikasauce. Jede andere St\u00e4rke oder Pfeilwurzelmehl kann ebenfalls verwendet werden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Die Paprika-Nudelso\u00dfe kann mit <strong>normalen<\/strong>, <strong>Vollkorn-<\/strong> <strong>oder glutenfreien Nudeln<\/strong> serviert werden &#8211; von kurzen Formen wie Fusilli\/Penne\/Rigatoni bis zu langen Nudeln wie Spaghetti. In luftdichten, gefriersicheren Beh\u00e4ltern oder Ziplock-Beuteln (flach verteilt und die \u00fcbersch\u00fcssige Luft herausgedr\u00fcckt), ist sie bis zu 3 Monate haltbar.
