Zuerst musst du Reis deiner Wahl kochen. Ich habe braunen Reis verwendet, du kannst jedoch wei\u00dfen Reis, Jasminreis, Basmatireis oder sogar Wildreis verwenden. Bereite den Reis auf dem Herd oder in einem Reiskocher zu.<\/p>\n<p>In der Zwischenzeit kannst du die anderen Zutaten vorbereiten\/abwiegen.<\/p>\n<p>Zwiebel w\u00fcrfeln, K\u00fcrbis in kleine St\u00fccke schneiden und Knoblauch fein hacken. Etwas \u00d6l in einem gro\u00dfen Topf bei mittlerer Hitze erhitzen und die Zwiebel dazugeben. Ca. 3-5 Minuten anbraten.<\/p>\n<p>Dann den Knoblauch und alle Gew\u00fcrze dazugeben und eine weitere Minute anbraten. Topf vom Herd nehmen.<\/p>\n<p>Schaue dir am besten die 6 einfachen Schritt-f\u00fcr-Schritt-Bilder an:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Gekochten Reis, Mais und die Bohnen in den Topf geben.<\/li>\n<li>Pflanzliche Milch dazugeben.<\/li>\n<li>Alle Zutaten mit einem Kartoffelstampfer zerdr\u00fccken.<\/li>\n<li>Ebenfalls den K\u00fcrbis dazugeben (du kannst stattdessen eine Karotte oder dein Lieblingsgem\u00fcse verwenden).<\/li>\n<li>Die Mischung in eine Backform geben.<\/li>\n<li>Vegane K\u00e4sesauce obendrauf verteilen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Den Auflauf f\u00fcr ca. 25 Minuten im Ofen backen. Ich habe Kidneybohnen gew\u00e4hlt, aber du kannst auch Bohnen verwenden, die du bereits zu Hause hast. Anstelle vom K\u00fcrbis kannst du auch eine Karotte oder anderes Gem\u00fcse benutzen.<\/p>\n<p>Wenn du Mais nicht magst, verwende entweder mehr Bohnen oder Gem\u00fcse deiner Wahl. Einige Optionen w\u00e4ren Zucchini, Blumenkohl, Brokkoli, Paprika oder sogar Pilze. Verwende, was immer du m\u00f6chtest, oder probiere verschiedene Versionen aus. Du musst lediglich den Reis kochen und dann alle Zutaten (bis auf den K\u00fcrbis) in einem Topf zermatschen. Ich mag beispielsweise Kartoffelbrei lieber als ganze Kartoffeln und wollte deswegen auch einen Auflauf kreieren der innen cremig ist.
