Im Ernst, ich liebe ihn! Nat\u00fcrlich mag ich auch <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/tag\/kartoffeln\/\">Kartoffeln<\/a> <\/strong>und <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/tag\/nudeln\/\"><strong>Nudeln<\/strong><\/a>, aber Reis ist ein Grundnahrungsmittel, das ich mindestens 3-4 Mal pro Woche genie\u00dfe! Einfacher wei\u00dfer Reis hat keinen guten Ruf und es ist sicherlich besser, braunen Reis oder Wildreis zu essen.<\/p>\n<p>Ich denke jedoch, dass wei\u00dfer Reis trotzdem etwas &#8222;ges\u00fcnder&#8220; ist als Pasta und man davon auch nicht dick wird (zumindest ich nicht). Ich wette, du wirst den wundervollen Duft in deiner K\u00fcche lieben!<\/li>\n<li>Karotte, Kokosmilch, Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche und braunen Reis hinzuf\u00fcgen. Die Gelbwurzel enth\u00e4lt Curcumin mit <strong>starken entz\u00fcndungshemmenden Eigenschaften<\/strong>. Kurkuma ist au\u00dferdem ein Antioxidans und kann viele Krankheiten heilen. Studien haben gezeigt, dass Curcumin Krebs verhindern und das Risiko f\u00fcr Herzerkrankungen senken kann!<\/p>\n<p>Aber es hat so viele andere erstaunliche Effekte und kann z.B. Alzheimer vorbeugen! Weitere Informationen zu den gesundheitlichen Vorteilen von Kurkuma und Curcumin findest du auf <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zentrum-der-gesundheit.de\/kurkuma.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">dieser Seite<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Du solltest Kurkuma (sowohl frischen als auch getrockneten) immer mit einer <strong>Prise schwarzem Pfeffer<\/strong> einnehmen, da Pfeffer eine Substanz namens Piperin enth\u00e4lt, die bei der Absorption von Curcumin hilft.<\/p>\n<p>Aber Kurkuma kann noch mehr! Es kann nicht nur viele Krankheiten heilen und verhindern, die Gelbwurzel kann uns auch <strong>sch\u00f6ner machen<\/strong>. Sie kann Haarausfall stoppen, Aknenarben verbesseren und der Haut einen nat\u00fcrlichen Glanz verleihen!<\/p>\n<p>Man kann sich mit Kurkuma sogar die Z\u00e4hne putzen, wodurch sie angeblich wei\u00dfer werden sollen.
