Die K\u00e4sekuchen, die ich bisher gemacht habe, sind nicht nur lecker, sondern auch viel ges\u00fcnder als normale K\u00e4sekuchen. Denn diese werden mit Milchprodukten, Eiern, Butter, glutenhaltigem Mehl, Zucker und anderen nicht so Zutaten herstellt.<\/p>\n<p>Warum sind meine K\u00e4sekuchen, so wie dieser Heidelbeer-K\u00e4sekuchen, ges\u00fcnder? Schmecken dir vegane K\u00e4sekuchen? Falls ja, wirst du diesen no-bake Cheesecake bestimmt m\u00f6gen.<\/p>\n<p>Dieser Blaubeer-K\u00e4sekuchen ist nicht nur milchfrei, er ist au\u00dferdem:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Paleo-freundlich<\/li>\n<li>Eifrei<\/li>\n<li>Glutenfrei<\/li>\n<li>Vegan<\/li>\n<li>Getreidefrei<\/li>\n<li>Frei von raffiniertem Zucker<\/li>\n<li>Fruchtig<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Er <strong>schmeckt leicht und cremig und schmilzt f\u00f6rmlich im Mund<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>Die Zutaten von diesem Minikuchen<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Der Boden<\/strong> von diesem Kuchen besteht nur aus zwei Zutaten, aus Datteln und Erdn\u00fcssen. Du musst jedoch keine Erdn\u00fcsse verwenden, du kannst stattdessen auch andere N\u00fcsse, Mandeln oder K\u00f6rner wie Sonnenblumenkerne verwenden, ganz wie du magst.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Die K\u00e4sekuchen-Creme<\/strong> besteht aus eingeweichten Cashekernen, Kokosjoghurt, Pflanzenmilch und einem fl\u00fcssigen S\u00fc\u00dfungsmittel wie z.B. Agavendicksaft.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Du kannst anstelle von Kokosjoghurt auch Sojajoghurt verwenden. In die Blaubeerschicht kam noch ein Teel\u00f6ffel &#8222;Maqui Berry Pulver&#8220; und ein paar Tropfen Limettensaft. Das Ergebnis war diese wundersch\u00f6ne violette Farbe. Er muss lediglich f\u00fcr mindestens 3 Stunden in die Gefriertruhe, um fest zu werden. Ich habe \u00fcbrigens eine Mini-Springform verwendet. Sie misst nur 10 cm, das ist recht winzig.
