Ich wei\u00df jedoch, wie ungesund ein klassischer Kartoffelsalat ist, weil er normalerweise Mayonnaise und daher viel \u00d6l enth\u00e4lt. Kartoffelsalat sollte f\u00fcr mich ein leichtes Gericht sein und keine Mahlzeit, nach der man sich voll und schwer f\u00fchlt. Deshalb habe ich dieses Rezept f\u00fcr einen Kartoffelsalat ohne Mayo kreiert, was zudem gesund ist. Kartoffelsalat nat\u00fcrlich! Aber da ich als Kind tschechischer Eltern in Deutschland aufgewachsen bin, ist es nicht verwunderlich, dass ich Kartoffelsalat am liebsten mag!<\/p>\n<p>In unserer Familie war es Tradition, <strong>an Heiligabend<\/strong> einen cremigen Kartoffelsalat zu essen! Aufgrund dieser sch\u00f6nen Erinnerungen musste ich mein eigenes veganes Rezept f\u00fcr einen cremigen Kartoffelsalat kreieren! Zuerst musst du die Kartoffeln und das Gem\u00fcse klein schneiden. Die Kartoffeln in Salzwasser kochen, bis sie weich sind (was nur 10 Minuten dauert). Du willst sie nicht matschig haben, also koche sie nicht zu lange.<\/li>\n<li>In der Zwischenzeit kannst du das <strong>\u00f6lfreie Dressing<\/strong> vorbereiten, was auch super einfach ist. Daf\u00fcr musst du alle Zutaten f\u00fcr das Dressing in einem Mixer so lange p\u00fcrieren bis eine cremige und klumpenfreie Mischung entsteht. Was ich an dem Dressing am meisten liebe, ist, dass es aus <strong>gesunden Zutaten<\/strong> hergestellt wird. Ich habe <strong>Cannellini-Bohnen<\/strong> (die <a href=\"https:\/\/www.geo.de\/wissen\/ernaehrung\/vitamin-lexikon\/20301-rtkl-weisse-bohnen-diese-vitamine-stecken-drin\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">viele Vitamine<\/a> und gesundes pflanzliches Eiwei\u00df enthalten), pflanzliche Milch, gesch\u00e4lte Hanfsamen und ein paar Gew\u00fcrze verwendet.<\/li>\n<li>Schlie\u00dflich kannst du den Kartoffelsalat in einer gro\u00dfen Sch\u00fcssel zusammenstellen.
