Ich muss zugeben, dass ich in der Vergangenheit nicht der gr\u00f6\u00dfte Fan von chinesischem Essen war. Die Kombination aus s\u00fc\u00df, sauer und salzig hat mir nicht wirklich geschmeckt, aber meine Geschmacksknospen haben sich ge\u00e4ndert und jetzt LIEBE ich diese Geschmackskombination.<\/p>\n<p>Deshalb war ich in letzter Zeit in meiner K\u00fcche auch flei\u00dfig und habe verschiedene chinesische Rezepte ausprobiert. Und dies ist das erste Rezept mit dem Namen &#8222;Kung Pao Blumenkohl&#8220;. Nicht nur ich liebe diese vegane <strong>Chinapfanne<\/strong>, sondern auch mein Freund ist ein gro\u00dfer Fan. Warum solltest du das Rezept ausprobieren? Zuerst wird der Blumenkohl in einen Teig aus Kichererbsenmehl, Maisst\u00e4rke, Sojasauce und Wasser gelegt. W\u00e4hrend die Blumenkohlr\u00f6schen hinterher im Ofen backen, kannst du die Paprika, den Knoblauch, den frischen Ingwer und die Pfefferk\u00f6rner in einer Pfanne oder einem Wok anbraten. Die Gew\u00fcrze werden im Nu einen wundervollen Duft in deiner K\u00fcche verstr\u00f6men.<\/p>\n<p>Du kannst das vegane Kung Pao mit Reis oder Reisnudeln servieren (beides schmeckt hervorragend!) und entsprechend der Packungsanleitung zubereiten, w\u00e4hrend der Blumenkohl im Ofen ist.<\/p>\n<p>In der Zwischenzeit kannst du auch mit der Herstellung der w\u00fcrzigen Kung Pao So\u00dfe beginnen. Die Herstellung dauert nur 60 Sekunden. Daf\u00fcr musst du lediglich alle So\u00dfenzutaten in einer Sch\u00fcssel mit einem Schneebesen vermischen. Dann die So\u00dfe in die Pfanne gie\u00dfen, zum Kochen bringen und eine Minute k\u00f6cheln lassen.<\/p>\n<p>Zum Schluss den ger\u00f6steten Blumenkohl in die Pfanne geben und gut umr\u00fchren. Du kannst das Gericht nun sofort genie\u00dfen. Wenn du jedoch m\u00f6chtest, dass der Blumenkohl knusprig ist, dann backe ihn f\u00fcr weitere 10-15 Minuten im Backofen! Ich esse nicht sehr oft Tofu, aber wenn du dieses vegane Kung Pao mit viel pflanzlichem Protein anreichern m\u00f6chtest, kannst du auch Tofu anstelle von Blumenkohl verwenden. <strong>Wie stellt man Kung Pao Tofu her?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Die So\u00dfe und die Zutaten f\u00fcr die Pfanne sind die gleichen. Den festen Tofu etwa 15 bis 20 Minuten lang pressen, in W\u00fcrfel schneiden und in einer Pfanne anbraten, bis er sch\u00f6n braun ist. Danach wie im Rezept beschrieben verfahren. Ich wei\u00df, es ist super gesund und ich mag scharfes Essen, solange es nicht zu scharf ist. Gestern habe ich &#8222;aus Spa\u00df&#8220; eine komplette getrocknete Chilischote gegessen (ja, die Ganz, inclusive der Kerne) und bin fast ohnm\u00e4chtig geworden, haha. Es war eindeutig zu scharf f\u00fcr meinen Geschmack.<\/p>\n<p>Du kannst dieses Blumenkohl Kung Pao mit <strong>4-6 getrockneten Chilis<\/strong> zubereiten, die du zusammen mit dem Knoblauch, Ingwer, den Pfefferk\u00f6rnern und der Paprika anbr\u00e4tst. Ich w\u00fcrde jedoch empfehlen, die Chilis zu entfernen, bevor du die Sauce dazugie\u00dft. Wenn du keine getrockneten Chilis zu Hause hast, dann verwende 1\/4 Teel\u00f6ffel (oder mehr) <strong>Cayennepfeffer<\/strong>.
