Ich schon ein paar Mal und es hat mir immer sehr gut geschmeckt! Knusprig und sch\u00f6n gebr\u00e4unt aus dem Steinofen, mit <strong>viel K\u00e4se und Champignons<\/strong> gef\u00fcllt. Calzone ist wahrscheinlich meine Lieblingspizza \u00fcberhaupt! Ich habe mich damals noch nicht vegan ern\u00e4hrt (nur vegetarisch), also war der K\u00e4se nicht vegan.<\/p>\n<p>Mein Freund hat mich fr\u00fcher mit diesem italienischen Gericht bekannt gemacht, nachdem er mehrmals in Italien Calzonen gegessen hatte, wo sie oft \u00fcber zwei Tellern serviert werden! Richtig, \u00fcber zwei Teller, haha! Nat\u00fcrlich wollte ich ein <strong>selbstgemachtes veganes Calzone Rezept<\/strong> kreieren und hier ist es! Warum solltest du es versuchen? Ich habe <strong>Champignons, Paprika, Zwiebeln und Knoblauch<\/strong> f\u00fcr die F\u00fcllung verwendet, weil ich die Kombination einfach liebe! Paprikas verleihen der Calzone ein sehr sch\u00f6nes Aroma, das Gleiche gilt f\u00fcr Zwiebeln und Knoblauch. Champignons sind meiner Meinung nach ein Muss (ich liebe sie einfach), aber wenn du keine Pilze magst, verwende einfach etwas anderes. Einige Beispiele w\u00e4ren Zucchini, Tomaten, Auberginen, Oliven oder was auch immer du bevorzugst.<\/p>\n<p>Das Tolle an Calzone ist, dass du sie mit deiner Familie oder Freunden zusammen zubereiten kannst und jeder seine eigene Lieblingsf\u00fcllung w\u00e4hlen kann. Nat\u00fcrlich musste ich auch <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/vegane-kaesesauce-einfaches-rezept\/\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>veganen K\u00e4se<\/strong><\/a> hinzuf\u00fcgen, da ich K\u00e4se \u00fcber alles liebe!<\/p>\n<p>Du kannst selbst entscheiden, ob du einen &#8222;normalen&#8220; Teig aus z.B. Weizenmehl oder Dinkelmehl verwenden m\u00f6chtest. Wenn du dich glutenfrei ern\u00e4hrst, dann probiere doch meinen <a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/glutenfreier-pizzateig-veganes-rezept\/\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>glutenfreien Pizzateig<\/strong><\/a> aus, der auch im Rezept verlinkt ist. Bitte gehe vorsichtig mit dem Teig um, denn glutenfreie Teige ohne Eier sind viel spr\u00f6der und br\u00fcchiger als glutenhaltige Teige und rei\u00dfen leicht. Sobald die Calzonen gebacken (und abgek\u00fchlt) sind, wickel sie einzeln in Gefrierbeutel oder Plastikfolie. Du kannst sie im Gefrierschrank bis zu 3 Monate lang lagern.
