Ich liebe Pizza total. Ganz im Ernst, Pizza ist nicht nur lecker, sondern auch unheimlich vielseitig. Man kann sie mit so vielen verschiedenen Leckereien belegen und so viel drauf packen wie man m\u00f6chte. Viele Leute glauben, dass Pizza ungesund ist, da sie meistens sehr fetthaltig ist und ausserdem Gluten und Hefe enth\u00e4lt. Pizza kann jedoch auch gesund sein und ich zeige dir wie. <strong>Dieses leckere Pizzateig Rezept besteht nur aus zwei Zutaten<\/strong>, es ist demnach super einfach herzustellen. Man braucht ausserdem weder Hefe, noch glutenhaltiges Mehl.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Ich habe schon zig verschiedene Pizza Rezepte hergstellt, immer mit glutenfreien Zutaten wie Quinoa, Kichererbsen, Reis, Kartoffeln, Blumenkohl usw. Manche Rezepte sind auch gut geworden, jedoch war ich nie 100%ig zufrieden. Also habe ich weiter experimentiert und eines Tages ein Pizzateig Rezept mit nur zwei Zutaten ausprobiert: Gekochte wei\u00dfe (japanische) S\u00fc\u00dfkartoffeln und Tapiokast\u00e4rke. Ich habe die Pizza jedoch nicht im Ofen gebacken, sondern in der Pfanne zubereitet. Und da war sie, die leckerste Pizza die ich jemals gemacht habe! Warum verwende ich die wei\u00dfen (von innen wei\u00df) S\u00fc\u00dfkartoffeln und nicht die orangenen S\u00fc\u00dfkartoffeln? Die wei\u00dfen S\u00fc\u00dfkartoffeln enthalten viel mehr St\u00e4rke, als die orangenen S\u00fc\u00dfkartoffeln. Zudem habe ich Schwierigkeiten die orangenen S\u00fc\u00dfkartoffeln hier zu kaufen. Ich habe dieses Rezept einmal mit K\u00fcrbis ausprobiert, aber das Ergebnis war leider nicht gut. Es war klebrig und hatte die Konsistenz von Kaugummi. Solltest du die wei\u00dfen S\u00fc\u00dfkartoffeln bei dir kaufen k\u00f6nnen, dann versuche dieses Pizzateig Rezept auf jeden Fall aus.<\/p>\n<h3>Pizza-Belag<\/h3>\n<p>Die Pizza habe ich mit selbst hergestellter Tomatenso\u00dfe belegt. Ich habe zudem jedes Pizzast\u00fcckchen mit anderen Zutaten belegt. Meine Favoriten sind Champignons, Paprika, Mais, Brokkoli und Rucola. Du kannst nat\u00fcrlich auch noch einen veganen K\u00e4se dar\u00fcber machen, ganz wie du magst.
