Wie du vielleicht wei\u00dft, liebe ich mexikanisches Essen (wobei es sich aber eher um &#8222;Tex-Mex&#8220; Gerichte handelt). Die meisten meiner mexikanischen Rezepte sind n\u00e4mlich keine &#8222;traditionellen&#8220; mexikanischen Rezepte. Warum? Fajitas werden mittlerweile auch aus Schweinefleisch oder Huhn zubereitet, seltener auch aus Garnelen. Zu den Beilagen z\u00e4hlen oft saure Sahne, Guacamole, Salsa, Pico de gallo, K\u00e4se und Tomaten.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Nat\u00fcrlich habe ich kein gegrilltes Fleisch verwendet, da ich der Tiere zuliebe vegan bin. Vor einigen Jahren habe ich zwei Milchk\u00fche gerettet, die jetzt auf einer Farm eines Freundes leben, und letztes Jahr habe ich mein Huhn &#8222;Erna&#8220; gerettet. Alles, was du brauchst, ist:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Gem\u00fcse (Paprika, Blumenkohl, Zwiebeln) oder Gem\u00fcse deiner Wahl.<\/li>\n<li>Fajita-Gew\u00fcrze<\/li>\n<li>Schwarze Bohnen oder Kidneybohnen<\/li>\n<li>Guacamole<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/tortillas-rezept-glutenfrei\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Tortillas<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<li>Ein wenig \u00d6l<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/elavegan.com\/de\/vegane-kaesesauce-einfaches-rezept\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Vegane K\u00e4sesauce<\/strong><\/a> (optional, da auch nicht wirklich &#8222;traditionell&#8220;, haha)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Gem\u00fcse klein schneiden, auf ein Backblech geben, mit etwas \u00d6l betr\u00e4ufeln, Fajita Gew\u00fcrze dar\u00fcber geben, kurz durchmischen und im Ofen r\u00f6sten, bis das Gem\u00fcse sch\u00f6n karamellisiert und zart ist.<\/p>\n<p>Die Bohnen f\u00fcr ein paar Minuten in einer Pfanne mit etwas Aceto Balsamico, Salz und Zwiebelpulver erhitzen.<\/p>\n<p>Guacamole vorbereiten oder gekaufte verwenden.
