Keine Sorge, denn ich habe ein tolles <strong>allergikerfreundliches Rezept f\u00fcr selbstgemachtes M\u00fcsli<\/strong> kreiert. Der Hauptbestandteil ist <strong>Haferflocken<\/strong>. Wenn du unter Z\u00f6liakie leidest, musst du glutenfreie Haferflocken verwenden. Die anderen Zutaten sind <strong>Trockenfr\u00fcchte, Kokosraspeln, Sonnenblumenkerne, Sonnenblumenmus und Ahornsirup<\/strong>. Es ist auch preiswerter und einfach zu machen. <strong>Die Vorbereitungszeit betr\u00e4gt nur 10 Minuten<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Im Prinzip musst du lediglich alle Zutaten in einer gro\u00dfen Sch\u00fcssel mischen, dann alles auf einem Backblech verteilen und das M\u00fcsli im Ofen backen.
